I came into this store with 5 min left of store hours. I had just bought a puppy on short notice and needed food and other supplies. Customer support was great, knowledgeable and payed close attention to the type of dog and purpose and recommended food to match the dog and lifestyle or purpose of the puppy. Great experience.

I have been buying supplies for Gregg Farms here since the day they opened and am treated with top notch customer service every visit. The staff is professional and has extensive knowledge of their product line. If they don't have it they will find it for you. You're made to feel right at home at Hale's which is locally owned and operated which helps them keep the costs down compared to the big corporate box stores. Most importantly is the fact that they appreciate your business and give back to the community. We're lucky to have them here so if your looking for anything animal or agriculture related make Hale's is your first stop.
