Went here for brake pads and rotors, mistakenly ordered the wrong type, and they were quick to not only catch the mistake but help me get the right ones. Greatly appreciated and friendly employees!

Helped me find a light for my head light and even put it in for me, free of charge. Very nice and fast

Joe provided me with beyond excellent service tonight. From performing a check engine test, running the code, explaining the results to me in a way that I could easily understand, giving me his expert opinion on what next steps to take, providing me with the basic tools to make the quick fix, and then checking over my work to ensure accuracy- he was the real deal. I'm not trying to be biased, but I've been working here for a while now, and I just really love the atmosphere here. My manager Bill is willing to go the extra lengths to get you what you need and he's not afraid to get dirty and help you on his time off. I finally found a career in which I love and can absorb all the information I need.

the people at this location are so helpful with service and knowing what to do to get your car working right we have been to the store in Brooklyn center and they wouldn't help like that so we appreciate this store they deserve to be recognized for this way to go.we went to check out what was wrong with our vehicle and James and Anthony were very helpful in figuring out what was wrong , it's a good thing to have help you can trust nowadays.

The staff and service was very nice about wiper blades while it was snowing they came out to the car installed them for me for no additional charge they also change the headlight tonight in installed a brake light they took their time and did it right was not Russian did not complain was friendly self-motivated team I will go back in the future for any Auto Part needs I will recommend them to a friend family member or anyone that needs Auto cares they do not have a shop just sell Auto Parts in the stall little Auto Parts

Lowest prices on all car parts. Except they charge too much for batteries. It's nice they let you use their tools if you have a quick fix you can do in the parking lot.

I am sure the employee wasnt trying to be rude. I sent my boyfriend in to get semi synthetic 5w30 pennzoil and he proceeded to tell my boyfriend pennzoil is bad. I use it because i work at a dealership and pennzoil is the brand used at my shop. Other than that this one has been my favorite parts store.

The customer service has vastly improved over the last couple of years. I love that they are even willing to come outside and look under your hood to try and help you with your problem.

I visited this O'Reilly Auto Parts with my buddy Torleif, on a quest to bring his Dodge Grand Caravan back to life. Brandon and Christopher were super helpful! They answered all of our questions and more.

They actually kept talking with us for ten minutes after the store closed! I could hardly believe it. They were both very knowledgeable and gave us more ideas and intel than I had hoped for!

We did get the Grand Caravan running! The dealer said it needed a new computer, new fuel injectors and a new wiring harness and that would cost 2,400 dollars. Some insulation had melted on the wires running to the fuel injectors, thanks to a design flaw. They were too close to the engine. I fixed it in less than an hour with 5 cents worth of electrical tape! That's a savings of ... 2 billion percent! (We'll have to do a more permanent repair later, but it worked! The Grand Caravan started up and ran just fine.)

The lesson is – Find someone who can give you solid, reliable information like Brandon and Christopher.

And never trust a car dealer. They are greedy, gravy sucking pigs.

This location is so close to my house! The staff is friend and they have everything you need. If you can't find what you want just ask the friendly employees! This place is so much cheaper then auto zone

Qst time going there and their service was awesome. The manager helped me solve my situation as best as he can!

Went to return a battery under warranty from January, the employee went all the way back to January purchases, found my receipt and exchanged the battery for me. Great employee...will shop here whenever I need auto parts and supplies
