Tyler is THE BEST! He helped me when my phone died. He didn't try to sell me anything, but suggested that I try to get the phone fixed. I told him, "No. I just want a new phone". He spent time with me in setting up the new phone. This is my "go to" for my phone needs.

Just got my service switched over to Metro and it was the fastest, pain-free experience I’ve had. Staff were very nice and helped me with no issues. Would definitely recommend this metro to others!

I needed help activating a replacement device and I got to the store with less than 10 minutes until closing and the reps were the textbook definition of customer service. I felt terrible coming in so late but they assured me it was okay, didn't rush, and activated my device. This is now my go to store when I'm in the area
