Ryan was AMAZING! I have been to several different UPS Stores, and they've all been great experiences, but the Owosso location was by far the best. The customer service and friendly, helpful attitude diplayed by Ryan was genuine and appreciated. He is such an asset to this store. I will definitely go back to this location, even though it's out of the way for me.

I come here to return packages as I do a lot of online shopping, and each time has been a great experience! The workers are always fast and efficient with the returns:)

i was having many issues with a shipment that was from a different store and was just flat out lost and didn’t know what to do, but chris is one amazing man. he was patient and calm with me, understood the situation even before i explained it all, he resolved my issue in less than 15 minutes and i was dealing with it for days. He is very classy, great at customer service overall, and the ups store as a whole will be in good business for years to come. excited!

I shipped a microwave from this
store to Florida and during the shipping it got broken. I did buy insurance on this but I was unsure if they would reimburse me. Ryan the manager was great in helping walk me thru the process to get reimbursed! They are sending me a check thanks to Ryan's great customer service skills and all of his hard work!

Awesome store! Way faster than USPS. The counter folks are WAY better than USPS. Price is about the same. They totally explain the shipping process, charges, arrival dates, and the final receipt. My new place for shipping! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
