Louis went above and beyond to ensure my package arrived on time and in perfect condition. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I called in with a concern about the delivery schedule, and Louis not only reassured me but also took the time to help me figure out how to track my package. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience seamless and stress-free. Thank you so much.

I have used this store for coloring printing and returns. There is always fast and friendly service when I go. The workers seem to enjoy working here, and communicate often with some of the other UPS store locations so they are on the same page with policies.

This is the best UPS location ever! Service is always super speedy and staff is always pleasant and upbeat. I’ve been coming here for years and can’t say I’ve ever had a negative experience. Convenient location and hours.

Been shipping Amazon returns here for years and never a single problem. Employees are helpful and always give me a receipt. Also buy the UPS wide tape which is the best I have found yet. Also had photo enlargements that came out fine.

For any type of mail services needed. Everyone is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. The two gentlemen this morning (1.16.2023) were informative and answered questions I didn't even know I had. I left stress-free and reassured my letter was in the best of hands.

I say this as a long time user. In 2021 I began my business relationship and not once have I been disappointed. They are prompt. The staff while not the same throughout, has had one common factor : Amazing. Accommodating, hard working , super polite and more. I felt motivated to write this review because i was looking for a box in Chicago. There were terrible reviews for Chicago ones which made me feel grateful for having the privilege of doing business with the best

This was a very nice location. Very clean. Helpful staff. Store larger than most other UPS Store locations. If I have a bunch of stuff to do, I would actually go somewhat out of my way to just visit this location.

Needed many copies and much advice, the Woman who helped me (Kimberly) could not have been any more patient, polite, or helpful. Our entire family and all our friends use this location simply put "because of the complete staff" everyone is great.
