Rachel assisted me on my most recent venture and let me tell you, she is amazing! She was super patient, very informative of her concentrate glassware, and friendly during our whole interaction. She was welcoming and didn't make me feel inferior or ignorant with any of my questions. Due to her excellent knowledge and compassionate , genuine nature, it led me to make purchases i wasnt intending to make upon entering the store. She is a gem and I am super thankful I was able to have her exceed my expectations at this store!

P.s. don't mind my robotic feel for this review. I genuinely mean all of it. I just want corporate or someone to pick up on all of these trigger words and recognize this woman (more) because she truly deserves it! Thanks.

My home store currently doesn't have credit card readers, so I stopped in during my errands today and got excellent service! Even got to witness another great transaction with a customer on his way to a wedding.

This Wild Bill's location is a lot like every other Wild Bill's location. They've got every tobacco product anyone could ever need, plus a nice selection of vapes, glass, lighters, pipes, cigarette making supplies, etc. I love the cigar selection, myself.

Really appreciate the respect and friendliness from the employees. I only dislike there store policy. Minors under 18 not allowed in the store. I walked in with my 3 year old granddaughter only because I wasn’t going to leave her in the car alone. I was Immediately told no she could be in the store there loss of money earned.

I feel that young of an age they should understand, not like I was buying anything for her.

Me and my boyfriend went in to buy some mods today and weren’t sure about what juice we wanted. Flynn was very patient and accommodating with showing us different products and giving us advice based on our likes. He gave us his full attention even when I was being indecisive. Excellent customer service and he was so friendly and knowledgeable! Couldn’t of had a better experience here.

Love This place. Great selection of smoke and smokable products. Glass, silicone, wood, ceramic, metal. Various shapes and sizes for all your smokeable needs or collections. Vape pens and devices come with a two week return policy, wide selection of vape juice. You have the option to taste test your selected flavor before buying. The staff is always nice and knowledgeable.

I'm a truck driver and I live in Tennessee. I'm away from home for about a month and I was looking for a good cigar shop for my cigars. Wild Bill's is the best I've seen being away from home. Nice selection and specials, friendly staff and easy in and out with my truck.

Store is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Micah was a great help and very nice. It was my first time in the store and i was treated like a long time customer. Thanks for the friendly welcome and i will be back!!!!

Fantasy staff between the regular guys and the manager all are very proactive and willing to help in anyway, and between them all have tried tested or test most of the products and can give advice if questioned.

The real MVP of smoke stores these guys are super friendly and are well educated on their merchandise
