Always have Loveeeeed Ross so much! The newer employees are amazing!! There used to be a long brown headed younger woman who was (I believe) a manager and always acted like she was annoyed. She was so rude, I literally felt the need to apologize simply for shopping. But I haven't seen her recently. Hopefully she's gotten through whatever it was that was making her so angry. The rest of the staff is and always has been amazing! Also, They were completely stocked with everything in all sizes in all departments when I went in today. It was great! Def deserve 5 stars!! 🙌

I have to say that is the best store of Rosses that I have ever been to. Everything was so organized nice kept in order and the lady Kayla and Laurie were two of the most helpful ladies I’ve ever met there so friendly and very helpful. Give props to those two ladies

Went in to find some Winter essentials & got what I needed at a very reasonable price!!

Good place to shop. However, even though there is an employee shortage EVERYWHERE, not having the main dressing rooms open is a BUMMER. A person has to wait in excess of 15 minutes to try on a garment. Even though I like Ross, I refuse to wait an undetermined amount of time, and spent MY MONEY.

Good location, great selection, and even better prices. They have everything from cell phone cases to shoes to dresses to furniture! All of their merchandise is priced fairly and high quality. They accept returns and exchanges, too. The store seems to be brand new, along with every other store in this mall, so it looks very fresh and clean.

If you have a lot of kids and you're on a budget Ross is a great place to buy clothes and toys and other items that you might need for your household they have good bargain prices and it helps and they're clean and helpful
