Great store and staff but someone really needs to give Daniella a raise ASAP. Her customer service is on point every single time I have to go into the store and she is super helpful and nice! We need more kind souls like her in this world!

I’ve been coming here for outer carrier vests since 2007 and will NEVER go anywhere else. Top notch quality and worth the hour and a half drive from the far northwest suburbs.

The best customer service I have received in my life, has been the service of J & G Uniforms. It was my first time ever purchasing uniform for a job and the experience I had with these folks was as smooth as can be. Although the store at the time was quite busy, the staff managed to make me their priority and get me the materials I needed as well as opinions on my uniform fitting, quickly. I truly felt catered to. I’m looking forward to giving this company future business. They deserve it!

I needed a new uniform shirt... I tried it on and they said they'd sew my patches on while I waited. It took all of 5 minutes to sew and I was out the door in no time at all. Friendly people too.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. It's pretty far away from where I live but well worth the drive.
Walked in and was instantly greeted by a nice gentleman asking what he could help me with, I told him I needed an external armor carrier. He took my measurements, drew up the vest with all the additional pockets and cashed me out in literally under 10 minutes. Great customer service and prices.
Stay away from Ray Oherrons, only thing you'll get from that place is horrible customer service and a bad taste in your mouth.

This place primarily serves law enforcement officers. They sell quality products and provide tailoring. We bought a custom vest cover here and had a great experience. We got attentive service and the fit was perfect. It seems a little expensive, but a lot of uniform stuff is rarely discounted anyway. Besides, it will probably last a long time.

J&Gis the best uniform store around, I went to J&G with 3 other officers from my department and they took care of us in a timely fashion. The gear that they have is priced better than competitors and they have a very friendly and educated staff. It takes me about an hour to get there and I’ll take that drive every time for that service.

Had a good experience. Never bought fitted uniforms from here but their prices on duty gear and other misc items is very reasonable for a local brick and mortar store. Parking is ok. Employees were friendly and attentive.
