So. my husband‘s phone was totally fried. Mind you we are senior citizens.. It took a few tries, but Daniel finally with his patience. Took care of everything. He was very patient and kind and took his time with us. My husband walked out of the store so happy. Thank you Daniel!

Ahmet took excellent care of me when I came in for an upgraded iphone. He was very kind and considerate! Thank you, too, to Bektar who also was kind and patient with me when I came in on another day for an issue signing up on the Verizon app. My family and I will always come back to this location. I had such an amazing experience with Isaly, not only did I get my personal line switched over. She also help me upgrade my business by signing up for a Verizon business phone line. Outstanding customer service by Christian. He was very knowledgeable and helping us out with a really complicated account situation. We recently visited this store around 8:15 pm, not long before closing. Patrick greeted us and connected with a Verizon customer service rep to better answer a few questions. It became clear that the corporate rep on the phone had a better offer in her system to save us more money on new IPhones, $100 each phone, and allow us to keep our current plan and thereby also save money.

This same offer didn’t show up in Patrick’s system. On speakerphone, we listened to the call as he helped the rep order our phones. A salesperson that acts in the customer’s best interest, even if it costs him or her the sale, is one I would do business with again. That’s a classy move. We will keep this store in mind now.

I visited the store because I had a complicated issue w several phone lines. On two separate occasions, Peter assisted me in resolving my multiple issues. Peter’s patience, competence and perseverance successfully resolved my problems. If you’re looking to experience superior customer service - Peter is your guy!! He is an asset to the store.

Margie is the best! I came in to literally just to change a SIM card but Margie convinced me on a whole new phone. The whole process felt like she genuinely cared and wanted the best for me. She never felt pushy or insisted on me purchasing anything. She has a great personality and doesn’t rush despite the business of the store. Professional and nice experience!

Extremely good service from the moment we walked in. He helped set up a new iPhone we purchased and guided us in buying a screen protector and a phone case, providing good information for both items. Truly good experience. Will come back to this store again.

I have been a happy Verizon customer since their sales rep, Dan, set me up with my first phone a couple of years ago. Whenever I've stopped by the store, Dan has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Now our whole family is switching to Verizon because the customer service is amazing.

This location is awesome and Bart gave excellent customer service. Robert gave excellent customer service as well he sat in and was helpful. They were attentive and honest about pricing gave us what the best deal was for us. Whatever discounts they could , Answered all questions and helped us set up our phones . We were there for almost 2 hours making sure everything was transferred and set up properly, they made our time fun and go fast. Bart was so friendly and funny. I've never had a bad experience with the Edison park location we actually go out of our way just to go there instead of something close. I definitely recommend going there and asking for Bart or Robert.
