Video games are always great the shop itself not so much. Trade ins are no where near worth as much as they used to be. Not the people that work there's fault but this business is not the same it was 15 years ago. Need Jon and jonathon back but there off to bigger better things.

The selection is actually fairly diverse, and the employees are a joy to talk to. I often come here while the person I'm with is in another store or the salon. Pleasant conversations and great deals as well.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that makes you feel comfortable to stick around and keep coming back. Great about answering questions, maneuvering around the store to any customers, and getting the line moving (though usually it's not so crowded that it's an issue anyway). I love coming here for merch and my games.

Never had a problem here. The staff is always happy to talk and give information. Very helpful as well. The store itself is just a normal GameStop, the only thing that separates this one is it has an excellent staff.

The employees are customer service oriented and treat you and your children both with the utmost respect. Selection isn't bad either.
