Outstanding customer service! We needed an item (a heavy shelving unit) in the colour black which was on the highest shelf in the whole store! The guy we asked for help went to get the fork lift guy and in less than 10 minutes the item was in our cart.
Shawn and Luther were both super helpful, they helped us all around with our million questions and requests.
Not to mention the huge variety of DIY items, gardening, incredible seasonal stuff and so much more.

Jim in the paint department is a great guy. The stain colors on their paper chart aren’t a good guide, and I didn’t realize how different semi transparent would look on pine pickets. Jim spent about an hour creating a better color on the 15 gals I bought and I am Very happy with the color now.

I love Home Depot! I was able to find multiple sizes of plant saucers. They had large live Christmas trees in the garden area which were beautiful!

Favorite place to get tools and material. Military discount is a nice bonus.

Everyone needs to be flexible in all departments and have a forklift license and things will be alot smoother.

They are very friendly all the time. Recently, I bought some bags of heavy cements, strong man Mickey saved my back. Most thankful moment of that that. Thank you Mickey!

I love this store , the staff are really friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.. on Tuesday of last week, I had to go to customer service and one lady was extremely happy, to help and was able to right the I mistakes i made during the shopping excursion I went on to fix a door and frame in my house... She was very gracious in her time to take of me...
And to the lady who checked me out thank you very much...

I wanted to write a review to thank Jim in the paint department at Home Depot NRH. We have done several indoor and outdoor projects lately and gone to Jim for his advice on indoor painting, fence stain, and more. He has been an invaluable resource and a tremendous help in explaining the differences between various products and their proper application. He is patient and thoughtful and listens carefully, when we have questions about our projects before he responds. I would rate him 10 stars as an employee and highly recommend him for advice on your painting needs. Thanks again, Jim!

Love Home Depot! Can find what Walmart and grocery stores don't have. Best way to shop there, is do it online first. Then you'll have the location of your item when you get there and go straight to it. Help can be done difficult there as it's a huge store. But very willing to help you if you need them.

Love this home depot, old man Bill is my favorite person at this location, super helpful everytime I see him! They always have what I'm looking for in stock most the time. Parking lot is huge so plenty of room if your pulling a trailer to park.

You can do it, they can help! Great staff, clean, and they have everything you could need no matter if you are a pro contractor or just a do-it-yourselfer they have it all.

Shout out to Tristan who grabbed an order picker and got a smoker off the top stock shelf when there was not a forklift driver staffed this morning. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE for the win!

I have read most of the reviews, good and bad. For me, this Depot is fantastic regardless of what i have read. I always get professional help and assistance at all times when i shop there. My biggest problem with the Depot is i want more stuff but have a small pocket book.The staff are exceptional and cheerful even with masks on!!!

I went in the store at 8pm vecause my battery that came with the mower had an error out of the box. The store does not sell the newer batteries, which are way bigger than the previous ones, so they got a new one off the top shelf and swapped them for me. Every single person was so helpful and very nice about all of it!!!

It's Home Depot... What more can be said? Oh yes.. Friendly and helpful associates, clean and well stocked store, and easy to find things on my list (and a few extra items that caught my eye)
