Bought a patio set from her based on a video we saw on tictok. Patio set was reduced and Ana was adamant that I fully inspect it and even pointed out a flaw so that I knew what I was getting. Definitely happy with the purchase and the honesty. They helped me load it I was on my way.

We purchased a TV console from The Open Box and when we received it the top part of the console was broken. We immediately contacted Ana and told her our problem and she ordered a replacement part right away. The replacement part arrived this weekend and we built the console today. We love the piece and love that we saved a lot of money. I will continue to buy from The Open Box.
