I had a problem with the $10.00 off coupon if you signed up for e-mails. I placed my order and the $10.00 off did not come up. I still placed the order and complained that I did not receive the coupon until after I placed my order.
Well they contacted me and I did get the $10.00 credit. So all ends well and I will continue to order from Heartland.

Great customer service. I haven’t had any returns throughout the years until recently. Customer service took care of me and quickly responded by sending a replacement without additional charges. Customer service is always courteous. Heartland of America always seems to have interesting and useful products throughout the year.

No longer concerned. The full order was delivered. It was my misunderstanding that part of the order was being delivered late. Tricia from Heartland was wonderful in addressing the issue. She was professional, courteous, and understanding. I'm very pleased with the products purchased and will continue as a customer.

I recently placed an order at Heartland America. Part of the order was delivered even though an email was received saying the full order was delivered. I have attempted to email and call the company to rectify. However, the email always comes back as undeliverable due to their email address and there is no answer at the phone provided. Very concerned

On a recent order I failed to take advantage of a discount which would have saved me $26.00. I received an email from Scott informing of the missed discount and the offering me a couple of options to take advantage of the discount. I do not know of another company who goes out of their way to contact the customer and give back an overpayment because the customer missed an available discount.

Recently I called to inquire about a few items I was interested in ordering. I was hung up on twice by two different representatives. They were rude and impatient. I decided to give it another try. A representative named Katy answered my call. She was patient and kind. She went above and beyond for me as a customer. That is how it should be every time!! She is the only reason I will be ordering again! Give that lady a raise!

Placed an order before Christmas - order was filled completely in just a few days! Items we got were all great, and our favorite was the Beyond Bright Garage Light - what a difference these make! Great company offering a wide variety of products with amazing prices!!

It's been a long time since I bought anything from Heartland of America but my experience in the past was good. It would be nice if they offered a buy now pay later plan. With monthly payments and of course there would be interest added to that. It would help people that needs this service and it would hopefully also help the company .

I have been ordering form Heartland America since 1999! I have enjoyed many products and have only returned some boots that did not fit. They have a good variety of products at very good prices. I always enjoy looking at the catalog. I have also found items there I could not find other places.

I have recently placed 4 orders from Heartland America and the service has many amazing. I love the deals and with great products. Last week, I received a battery operated chainsaw with a extension pole and I am thrilled by the product quality and price. I used the saw this weekend for over an hour straight cutting branches up to 14’ high and the blade was super sharp and most importantly the battery never slowed a bit. As a small business owner, I look for great companies to partner with and I will be a Heartland Customer for Life.

I’ve been ordering items from Heartland for over ten years. The few times there is an issue they resolve it quickly. They are honest, responsible people that I know I can trust.

I placed an order with Katie on the phone and she was very kind to me. Usually people are hard to understand on the phone when I call there and she was very easy to understand. I wish I could get her every time I make a order.

Seriously great customer service! Missing some nuts and bolts from my package, they responded swiftly and are sending the missing parts ASAP at no charge.

The space heaters work very well. Instructions are easy to follow and buttons on both remote control and heater predictable.
