AT&T Store

I went in there to find out why my bill was so high. Benny, the sales associate sat down with me and explained everything. He spent the time and explained everything. I was going to switch to, but because of his diligence and great communication he helped me out and I'm going to stay with AT&T. In fact, he told me to wait a little while before the next phone comes out and Then get a new phone. He was great and it's because of him that I'm staying with AT&T.

Jon was extremely helpful with diagnosing my device issue. He even guided me through the claim process that I was completely unaware that I had. Great customer services here!

He was the best store representative that got me quick and out. I would recommend people to go to that store for faster service very pleased. I was like what he was best and Very polite impressed

Talk about someone who knows how to multitask - visit JUSTIN at this location and he will take excellent care of you. He's brilliant in every aspect from educating you about your new product to following up to making sure everything is working properly. He's courteous and patient with any questions I had. Recently switched my service from T-Mobile and haven’t looked back! Justin helped make the transition smooth and easy. Never lost service and he transferred all of my information to my new phone! Come to this store if you want to deal with knowledgeable salespeople and a get a great deal!

Went in not looking for anything or expecting much but was given the best customer service I'd had in ages. I'm used to pushy mobile salesmen but Justin D. was the opposite. He was informative, knowledgeable and knew what questions to ask to put me with the best device possible.

I was greeted by a guy named Justin, and was promptly taken care of, they helped walk me through the process from start to finish and seemed very enthusiastic about their work. After visiting and calling multiple AT&T stores in Irvine, CA and Plano, TX for a week, I was able to find what I needed at this location. Zach was very helpful, when other locations didn't seem to have the time of day in helping me find the phone I needed. Excellent service by Zach at this location!

The customer service here is awesome and They helped me really well and made me understand well . I asked for Recent iPhone and they got readily available without telling me that we would delivery in 2days etc etc …! The atmosphere , service everything is very good and maintained well ! The staff at the store were excellent, specifically Chris, the store Manager. He showed knowledge, patience and great customer service I’d definitely recommend seeing Chris if you ever have any questions. In addition, Alice, the rep over the phone also went above and beyond to assist me and I couldn’t be more appreciative of their help.

Great customer service by the store manager Chris. He helped me with my cell phones and a great deal on fiber internet for my home. I can’t recommend this store and Chris enough. I will be back and telling all my friends and family about this store. Wow it’s hard to find great service like this these days

We visited the store for a few new iPhones. Zach our store rep was very helpful for us even as we asked him question after question for quite a while as we stayed making our decisions.

Tech was very helpful he handles my problems very successful and was very patient with me and was very friendly and knowledgeable his name was Zack. Thank you very much he made my day.
