CoCo Bella Hair Beauty N°2

I wanna give a special shout out to Miss Jackie and her team at the CoCo Bella N 2 in Fresno, these ladies are what you call Extremely honest and offer Great customer service. I dropped some personal belongings at their location not knowing. And because they are always on top of customers put in their phone numbers in and leaving their information they were able to contact me so that I could come and retrieve my belongings. I truly appreciate what they did because they didn’t have to and to know that I’m able to go somewhere and shop and receive this type of service is what keeps me coming to this particular location. Thank you so much to these ladies, and to Miss Jackie for her awesome leadership this is definitely the location you should shop at if you are near this area. #greatcustomerservice

It's always a pleasure to go here. They always speak to you when you come in. Whenever I need to find something, I always ask the owner and he directs me to exactly where I need to go. They have everything that you need and their items are always well stocked. I have noticed that their prices are slightly better than other shops that I have visited. This is our primary location and rarely go anywhere else unless it's spur of the moment. I highly recommend this business to any and everyone.

I just had a nice experience with Cindy. She is the sweetest! Very helpful. Doesn’t act too busy to help. They have really step their game up on employees, and the neatness and professionalism of this beauty supply location. As a customer and a professional, I appreciate that!

I’ve been coming to this store for around 8 years but since Jackie has been there the store has been running so much better. It’s now organized! And I actually feel comfortable taking my time to look for items vs before. She’s honestly a blessing and always willing to help.

Nice store with variety of items to purchase especially beautiful wigs at a decent price. The let their customers save money on many items and use the money towards payment. A beautiful soul by name Cindy (customer service) went all the way out to help me today even when I got stuck choosing my items. She patiently stayed with me and

After coming to the store I was greeted coming and out by nice ladies. Store is pretty small so they don’t have many different products like Sally’s but what they do have are still pretty good, old school products. The employees know exactly where their products are and were very helpful helping me with my hair products. Will be coming back to this store more often great customer service.
