I needed photos printed at this CVS location on the eve of Thanksgiving day (November 22, 2023) and the staff on duty there was so patient in helping me! I got everything I needed for my families on this special occasion! Put simply it’s a wonderful experience!

Excellent at finding ways to be helpful to me even when I get started on a new prescription and new doctors.

Not the best. They are having issues with staff and fulfilling orders on time.

This pharmacy location is terrible. The only person that doesn’t have an attitude problem is the actual pharmacist. This is now the SECOND time I’ve had issues with them. I just had to wait for almost 30 minutes just to be connected to them on the phone and then the tech gave me issues about transferring my prescription. I’m sure it’s all directly due to their shortage of staff here but regardless a complete headache. Do better.

BEWARE! (7110 Magnolia Rd) CVS has a very dangerous and unprofessional pharmacist handling your medications. I was disrespected and felt threatened by him. I couldn't speak with a manager only the 1800 number, which he said with no fear. Dangerous pharmacist and no manager oversight. They do what they want and are out of control but i will be moving on from cvs. I dont trust him with my medications.

I go online, spend 10 minutes, answer all the questions to make a vaccine appointment to get a msg that "something went wrong" at the very last page instead of getting a conformation. I call and they say just walk in anytime before 7 pm. I go in there at 6:40 and they say "we are not going do it. We have a lot to do" and when I complain, the answer I get is: "sorry, I did not tell you that you could walk in". Really?

On 2/10/2023 The entire time I was shopping I was being watched and followed on every aisle I went on by 1 of the older male workers the ENTIRE time I was shopping.I was not the only person in the store but I was the Only person that was being followed as if I was going to steal something from them.I even heard him call the other 2 younger workers over to communicate to them to possible watch me.I went down other aisles just to see if he would follow me and sure enough he did!
I did ask the other employees do they watch everyone that come in the store but they said “no” but only if they feel something is suspicious which I was not giving off any indication of that I was just shopping for feminine products and a few other items.
I felt like I was being racially profiled based on my Skin color and or the outfit I had on.I have always shopped at this location and never experienced anything like this.

The store itself is fine, the pharmacy is horrible! Pharmacy staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. I sat at the drive through to pick up a prescription for over 10 minutes while I watched 3 people standing at 1 computer and no one could even acknowledge me by saying I'll be with you shortly so I drove off and had to go back the next day. I got a letter from CVS stating I should go with 90 day supply since I'll be on this RX for a while. I called and after 3 days of trying to reach someone I finally got through. I asked how to get 90 supply and without even looking me up or asking any other questions I was completely dismissed and told that my Doctor has to send the request when in the past other CVS pharmacies have sent the request for me. There's a CVS on every corner. I'm changing locations!!

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Incapable of doing simple math and will grossly oversell meds resulting in substantial overpayment. No one to take responsibility for their mistakes or actions. Only one pharmacist who can’t be bothered to take phone calls and will have you sit on hold indefinitely (over 30 minutes in my case), and still will do nothing to resolve said problems. They do not care about wasting your time or resources and will lie about having prescriptions ready for no apparent reason. Save yourself the trouble and get your meds somewhere else. No accountability here.

I went there this past Saturday I stopped to look at the Easter sale they had in the hall. A darked skin tone Lady not sure of her name asks if I am okay as in if there was a problem. Her approach could of been different and maybe asked hey If you need help let me know. But no... I went to purchase two giftcards I go straight to the self checkout and start scanning my items. I was paying with my PayPal in my phone it clearly states on the screen paypal is accepted along with venmo. Towards the end of the purchase the self check out starts saying to scan my coupons or something related to coupons. I was not using any coupons at all. The lady was at the register checking out people and shouts you can not pay with coupons. The line of people starts laughing and a customer makes a joke about how "I like my coupons" I felt so embarrassed not only I was some ones joke and the cashier was calling me out on using coupons when that was never the case. Instead of offering her help she goes and assumes something and calls me out on it. When she got done scanning the people in line she comes and tries to help well it happens that the register froze starts telling me that am not able to purchase giftcards with coupons. I have to explain to her how I am not using them and I am paying with my PayPal. Not only is she not knowledgeable on what can be used at her own store she starts saying she doesn't think they accept that. When it clearly has it on the screen. I left the store it was a headache just being there I took my buissnes to a different CVS and service was excellent!! Will not be returning here again. Please train your staff on customer service along what is being offered at your store so they can better assist costumers.
