I am a student who needed printing for my school project. This store was extremely helpful in helping me print high quality material for my project. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone needing help with any project.

Very awesome and helpful ladies at this location. I had to get a document notarized and I was able to walk right in and get help from Miss Cheryl. She is very sweet and helped guide me through what I needed to do for my paperwork and ensure it was all correct. Just an all around personable, kind lady and I will most definitely be back in the future! :)

Aamir Sajjad is the kindest most patient, generous, outgoing, efficient, likable human being! I was rushing to the airport and all the UPS locations near me were closed. My GPS said I would arrive at this location two minutes after they close. I called and spoke with Aamir. He was willing to wait the extra two minutes to help me. I would’ve been in a really bad situation if I didn’t get the packages to UPS. Thank you to Aamir for the outstanding customer service!!!!

I’ve been going to this store for business and personal for over 10 years and the staff, regardless of who is working or any changes in management is great and will go out of their way to help you. Great service and environment. You can get so much done here other than shipping. Cards, office supplies, business cards, flyers, notary available, posters, banners, car door magnets, window graphics, passports and ID photos and mailboxes. They also have an array of electronic devices for phones and flashlights too. They truly go out of their way to help you and I will pass by any UPS or other similar place just so that I come here where the customer service is amazing and it’s a great place for small business resources too.

This place is amazing. They are courteous, kind, pleasant to deal with, accommodating and friendly. So grateful to be so close so we can always do all our UPS business here.

I recommend this store location and the services offered by the personnel who operate this store. This is my new " go to" location regardless of the distance I have to drive to get here.

I had an opportunity to meet this store owner sometime ago and recognize that he had what appeared to be his kids working inside the store. This store functions like a small town store where the personnel inside actually care about the people who walk through the door and helping them get the items they need in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. I was in a hurry and I stopped at a local copy store just up the street not remembering this one several miles away. I was so disgusted at the store and the treatment I got inside the unnamed store up the street, that I left it looking for another copy store when I came across the UPS store. I remembered the encounter I had with the owner sometime ago. He helped me with several boxes of legal documents that we had to copy sort, and ship to the law firm. I returned to this UPS store location and found that I received the same outstanding service that I had gotten so long ago consistent with what I remembered. I asked myself why did I go to the other unnamed horrible stinking store several miles away when I could have come here in the first place. I have used other services here such as the notary...it wasn't a two hour ordeal that I have gotten elsewhere. I was in and out quickly with my document.

The young lady who I believe is related to the owner was outstanding in helping me get my documents scanned, prepared, and sent off by email to the legal firm. She was confident and professional and definitely treated me like I was a valued customer. I appreciated her efforts, her time dedication, and her commitment to helping me get in and get out so quickly.

I am not paid nor have I ever been to complete a five star review. I do revisit each one to determine if their performance is consistent. This location is on the job and earned the recognition from this local guide.

The customer service at this UPS store is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help. I frequently have to ship refrigerated medication to Colorado. Aamir, has helped me with this on several occasions. Everyone at the store is efficient and pleasant. In fact, I drive past other UPS locations to go to this one due to their amazing customer service.

Jessica is so helpful and kind. She’s helped me get through two hot mess, on the fly packages 😂 I recommend requesting her if you’re in the need of time and patience!

The manager Aamir is super helpful. He helps with faxing my documents to Canada every year with patience. International fax can be tricky. No issue and no pain with this location!

The employees went above and beyond helping me package and ship a large expensive item with third-party payment. They made a complicated-for-me process easy. I highly recommend this UPS store

My wedding dress was supposed to be shipped to my house from UPS. However, they never knocked or rang the doorbell in order for someone to sign for the package. As you may suspect, I was pretty stressed out due to that being an important package. HOWEVER! I spoke to Kyle on the phone and he was incredible. He made me feel at ease due to how on top of it he was. He made sure to write down every detail in order to communicate to his coworkers that I would get my wedding dress. He truly did everything he could to help. I ended up getting my package smoothly. I just really appreciate his customer service and how he handled the whole situation! A great hire for UPS!

Absolutely such an amazing location !! I accidentally returned the wrong package, my wedding is this weekend and I needed the package so I went back to the store and they were so helpful! They allowed me to go behind their counter and look for it. As I was searching I couldn’t find it and began to freak out. That’s when Jessica remembered exactly what my packaged looked like and where it was located! It’s been 2 hours and I know they have a lot of customers. So it seriously made me so happy! They also are so patient when you have a lot of amazon returns. I like that so much!! Great location!! Thanks for all of your help Jessica!

The staff here has always been very helpful and efficient, whether I’ve needed a simple Amazon return drop off or something more in depth like getting a document notarized. Sometimes the line can be on the longer side, especially during peak times or peak seasons (like around the holidays), so off peak times are best. However even with a long line, things usually move quickly if you have an ounce of patience (a low bar which I barely qualify for on even a good day).

PSA: The parking lot can be difficult to get out of onto Long Prairie during peak traffic times, but you can always go past Walmart to the light at Flower Mound and McKamy Creek (near the Wells Fargo).

Today Nov 17th 2023 I had an urgent printing Job that was needed right away and Jackie was sooo helpful and went above and beyond and I so Appreciate her help and also Linda was very helpful as well.

I needed assistant with my print order and Beka took the time and made me feel like a VIP! This was one my Stand Out Moments when is comes to quality Service! Thanks again Beka

Jackie was AMAZING!!!!! I needed my wedding programs printed immediately and she was able to do it! She was so helpful and great to work with! She even was able to help me print my seating chart lists!

Jessica and Linda both helped me with the printing I needed for our pickleball tournament. They did an amazing job to get everything just as I needed it. Will definitely be a repeat customer for anything at their store!

Aamir was very good to work with. He listened and had empathy for my situation. He resolved my issue and took care of me. Great customer service, recommend this UPS.
