The Home Depot

It’s a larger store compared to other locations with much wider selection of products in the inventory.
I was looking for the emitter tubing which I could not find any in other stores, so I needed to drive a long way to this location and picked up what I needed in the same day.

I would just like to say that I’m very pleased with the hardworking staff at this location! I come in quite often to get supplies and leave out with a smile on my face.
I would like to point out that Lenea exudes so much knowledge, very prompt, friendly, and hard working. Each time I come into the store, she’s very pleasant and helpful with finding things. I’m not sure if she’s a Manager, but having staff like herself helps me to understand why my experience, at Home Depot, is always a positive one.
I’m very glad that I decided to move into this area and to be in close distance of Frisco’s Home Depot. You have definitely gained a forever customer. Thank you for all of the help and hard work!

We went for workshop... it was very good..we got this kit... today we took it to home.kids really liked the workshop. Definetly must visit place for kids and adults.

I had an issue with their clear verifying thing it took forever but I'd still give a 5 because of Kevin .. and absolute genuine gentleman who stood there with a lot of patience and customer orientation and kindness .. just a true authentic professional person which we rarely meet nowadays .. thank you Kevin !!

Huge store, and I've had good luck findings things here that other stores didn't have.
However, the biggest asset of this store is the employees. They are helpful, and some of them are incredibly knowledgable. I mean way over the top "in the know."
Heck, last time I was there they even had someone helping people checkout at the Self Checkout registers. That was awesome!

I want to give a shout out to Skip Waisner, the Pro Department Supervisor and Tool Rental Manager. I’m a Pro member and do a lot of shopping at this location. This is the first time an employee has really shined and gone out of their way to help me. I really appreciate it! Thank you!

Home Depot had a very good selections of Halloween display. I was impressed!!!

This is a great Home Depot location. Had fun shopping for Christmas.

Went here to build a raised garden bed for spring and the employees were very nice. This store also had everything I was looking for.

Always a good experience.. everything is usually laid out in all the stores .. so going to find something is easy .. homedepot over lowes anyday.

Big shout out to TJ who went above and beyond to get my cut done today. This dude is what the customer service experience is all about… throughout the issues we had he made sure I was taken care of, spent his time trying to find what we needed, even offered to buy me a snack or drink while I waited, and ended up giving me a discount for my time spent in the inconvenience. Well done, HD… excellent customer service experience. Give this dude a raise.

Went to this location for Black Friday. Found great deals and the employees went above and beyond to make sure I had the best shopping experience.

Ask for Scott at the Pro Desk, he’s very personal and knowledgeable store wide.

He assisted me from lumber, plumbing and electrical for my today’s project, and signed my business up with the a new Business Pro account.!

Picked a door from Home Depot last week. There were 4 staff who came and helped me load the door into the home Depot truck. They were very helpful and helped me decide the door on the truck with patience. I love the customer support I get at HD any day. Best store home Depot Frisco and all staff I encountered there have always been helpful.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Home Depot. All the staff that I have encountered have been very pleasant.

Today’s experience was excellent customer service. I had looked up a lighting fixture online and it said that there was 8 in stock. I searched high and low and wasn’t able to find it. A gentleman helped me out and even pulled the large ladder over to check the overstock up top. He spent about 15-20 mins trying to search for the fixture, still wasn’t able to find it. He went to get a second opinion in which they still weren’t able to find it.

Although they couldn’t find it.. I felt like they went above and beyond to try to meet my needs. For that I am grateful and will forever be coming back to Home Depot

I was looking for a special succelent but you did not have any. I still give you a five stars because the people who work for you were very nice.

Today I rented my 1st rental cargo truck at The Home Depot. I needed it to move a large piece of art.

I was greeted by John at the tool and trump rental services. He was incredibly professional, polite, and answered all my questions kindly.

Way to go John you earn yourself a lifetime customer. Seriously I had a great experience that was easy and explained simply.
