Couldn't be more pleased with the jacket and customer service at Taylor's Leatherwear. We special ordered a custom sized jacket and asked if it could be rushed for a Christmas gift. Initially they said that special orders can take 2-3 months but a few weeks later, the jacket arrived in time for Christmas. Special thanks to Miss Rachel for the special customer service and responsive to all my emails. And the jacket is handsome, perfectly made t our specs, durable, and well constructed. Bought a "Indianapolis leather jacket" the coat was on sale 25% off for st Patrick's day so $100+ off. The jacket came in 2 days from ordering. I got a 2XL Tall and it's just about perfect in size (maybe a hair big) - 6'3" and 230 lbs.

Things to make the jacket better-
1. Snaps on the pockets vs the velcro.
2. The liner needs 2 versus 1 connections in each sleeve to hold the liner secure when taking the jacket off.
3. I have an old German police jacket that has a storm strap that hooks together the collar to keep neck warmer & dry.

Don't get me wrong, this is a 5 star jacket - quality and wear- I rated 4 star because of the 3 improvement suggestions. For the sale price it's a bargain.
