GEORGE Wine Shop

I love this local wine shop and love being a part of the wine club! I've been introducing my friends as well. George carries a wonderful selection of wines and most are very affordable and not what you'd get at a local grocery store. One of the things I love about the wine club is it's affordable, you are invited to member tastings and you get two bottles of wine each month and there's a detailed description on each of the wines. I'm not typically a fan of white wines, but George has introduced me to several white wines that I really like! You'll love talking wine with George and his associates!

This is definitely a great little locally owned wine shop. Eclectic and interesting selection of wines from around the world that are reasonably priced. I purchased a unique red blend from Mexico and a white blend from France, looking forward to trying them...tell them I sent you!

I visited this shop as part of a wine tasting event. The very personable owner, George, made the topic of wine approachable while still imparting a high level of detail.

In addition, the shop offers bottles at every price point, with options to satisfy the casual consumer as well as the discerning collector.

Love, George's! Tons of fun, delicious wines. I love exploring all the different wines he has to offer. The Romagna Cagnina is definitely a favorite in my house. George's wine shop is definitely worth checking out!

Came in and was poured a great Greek white on the spot. Bought three wonderful wines, French, Spanish and Baja with a mix of white/rose. Excellent natural and organic selection, solid range of prices. This is the place!

George's Wine Shop is a great addition to Tucson for wine lovers. No grocery store or big box brands here--the owner knows about each choice and can offer sound advice. He listens to what you like and makes recommendations accordingly. Good array of choices and price points, so you will find something in your budget. Really nice selection!

Small and intimate destination, served by the owner himself. If your looking for more than a box store experience, George Wine Shop may be for you. George is personable and always very helpful choosing the right bottle for the night. The shop is more than just a shop. It's an experience, a conversation, and it's always pleasant. I'll be back!

I am located in Denver and coordinate virtual wine tasting events all over the country. It was a breath of fresh air to work with someone as helpful and hospitable as George :) I needed a few specific styles of wine for my Tucson event that he didn't currently carry and he happily brought in some special selections for our event after tasting/approving them personally! You're in good hands if you work with George and I look forward to doing so again in the future!

Amazing store!!! Not your basic general wine. There is a wonderful selection from all over. Great prices too. Having a hard time picking one out just ask George. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a great time shopping for wine here, the employee was knowledgeable about the wines & they had a nice selection of unique bottles. There were a few bottles priced as table wines but most of them cost above 10 dollars & below 30. Will return
