CVS is my personal choice when I chose to visit a pharmacy. They are super efficient at getting my medication filled, they explain and breakdown, in a way I can understand, questions that I may have about what was prescribed to me by my doctor; and they are friendly approachable people. The coupons they offer have saved me hundreds of dollars if not more, and they stay pretty well stocked up with inventory.

Wow Angie you are the greatest cashier I’ve had experience with in years. You are a hard worker, the most friendly people person and go out of your way to make your customers smile. You know your job and does the most doing it. Thanks for doing the most and more while doing your job 😊. I live in Florida I’m a Truck Driver and it’s hard to find people like you when it comes to customers. Thnx again. I will visit again when I come back through, which is often. For real lady.. YOU SHOULD BE A MANAGER!! Thnx again, Maria B.

Tammy was super nice on the phone answering my questions regarding Rxs and she had the additional product I had asked about at the drive thru when I arrived! I always have a great experience at this CVS. I have used Walmart’s pharmacy for years and I hate I didn’t switch over to CVS decades ago. It’s so much easier. Thanks y’all!

This store needs better support from corporate to be worth going to again. My family and I went here for over 20 years.
When the other pharmacy in town shut down, this store unfortunately had to take on an unmanageable amount of clients and you could tell the staff was burnt out and overwhelmed. Customer service has gone down the toilet and wait times are typically 30-50 minutes in the drive thru. Orders aren't processed in time.
I think what this store really needs is for corporate to step in, expand, and provide more staffing and better support. It's not the staff's fault for being burnt out with an unmanageable workload.
I don't understand how there's such a huge difference between this location and the location a mile up the road. This one has been neglected for so long compared to the bigger store that has better staffing and runs more efficiently.
Since switching to the other location I have had zero issues.

I called the store and spoke with Tami. I called about the Mounjaro which is supposed to be on automatic refill and was told was a least 5 days out and another refill that my doctor had done last Thursday was still in process. When I started asking further questions I was told the Mounjaro and my other prescription was ready. The person I spoke to was rude to me and that was not necessary I asked questions that obviously she could not handle because she lacks training and does not do very well at customer.
I do not appreciate how CVS is handling their Pharmacy orders much less this person's attitude. I was looking for the person in the store that I had spoken to on the phone. I saw one person that look like she was in a bad mood. I was correct she started off telling me me that I was rude to her. Do you realize that that's the same thing as an admission to guilt. I been employed the past 30 years and information technology I have spoken to all levels of people from managers to owners of companies. I worked at Bank of America with credit cards analyzing People's Credit and so forth. I also deescalated phone calls from angry customers. So I have taken the abuse and yet performed very well. Because every phone call and everything I do is documented everything is seen and heard.

I think that same expectation should be at CVS Pharmacy. I have since transferred all of my prescriptions over to Walgreens. This Walgreens is also new to me and I hope they are not like poorly trained CVS Pharmacy employees. If enough people transfer their prescriptions elsewhere then CVS might realize what's going on. This is really a customer service issue that should be eliminated.

I will be discussing this further with upper management.

The pharmacy is terrible. My mom picked up a blood pressure medicine and the nurse pharmacy wrote the wrong order on the bottle. She had the order from the doctor and cvs had her dose instructions doubled. My daughter ran out of Focalin and when we went to get a refill and they said they did not have it in stock and offered us a partial. We called when we ran out of that to get the rest and were told they can’t fulfill the rest after we picked up a partial. I went to get a refill on my medicine and was told it was being ordered. Called a few days later to check and was told they haven’t had that medicine in stock for months call Walmart. So I called to find the medication in stock at Walgreens. Called this cvs and was on hold for 25 minutes. CVS told me to get the fax number for the transfer. Called Walgreens back got the fax number called CVS back with the fax number just to be told to call my dr they can’t transfer the prescription. We need a decent pharmacy in our town and CVS isn’t it.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE EVER. Everytime we come to the drive thru medications are never ready or they are out of stock & it takes over 30 min just to even get up to the window or anything dealt with. Avoid getting your prescriptions sent here at all if you can help it.

This is literally the worst pharmacy! I’ve been on the phone waiting for someone to pick up for 15 mins. They’ve got the laziest people working in this place. It needs to be shut down and everyone switch to Robinson! CVS needs to do better!
