BIG SHOUT OUT “THANK YOU” to Excellent Cake Decorator Stephanie for a beautiful Barbie-themed birthday cake for our 3 year old grandgirl! Everyone at the party (including 2 party planners and several hospitality pros) raved about the cake and asked where it came from! It was beautiful AND delicious!
Big THANKS also to Paige for making the ordering easy and correct Thursday
and for the nice young man in the Deli-Bakery who answered the phone Friday evening, went and “put eyes on” the cake, assuring me it was complete for Saturday morning pickup and that it was beautiful!
I could hear the smile in his voice!
We already loved this Food Lion for the variety, freshness, great staff, and prices.
Now we can add “Awesome Bakery!”

This new Food Lion is really great! This is now my favorite grocery store!
The employees are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The store is well lit, spacious, has an open feeling, easy to move around in, and has a good selection compared to other Food Lion stores. The self check-out is small (4 stations, maybe) and like other Food Lion stores the Health & Beauty section is much smaller than other grocery chains.
Many of the older Food Lion locations in Chatham County are getting upgrades and I'm looking forward to the changes.

Very nicely done. New store with lots of items. My wife liked the way the Health and Beauty section was laid out. Same great sale items available. Very clean inside and out.

Great place to shop. Go there often. Prices are reasonable and good. Large selection to choose from. The vegetable, fruit and meats are fresh. Would recommend for grocery shopping.

I didn't give this Food lion a 5 star because it doesn't stock WASA , VEAL, and has very few organic foods.

Many changes since my last review of Food Lion.

The shelves are fully stocked. I now buy veal, organic food and international foods. Produce is fresh. Love the deals!
Assistants are professional, helpful and friendly. Parking is easy.

This is a relatively new FL. It seems to have a better selection than the standard FL. More upscale and larger than the typical FL.

It's obvious that the team at this brand new store take pride in their workplace. Everything was so clean, neat and organized. Staff are extremely helpful and I have been surprised by the amount they have gone out of their way to help.

I was able to get in and out quickly, prices seemed competitive when compared to the other local options and it's very conveniently located on the 15-501.

I can say, this is my favorite Food Lion.

I wish I could remember the name of the employee, but there was a female cashier Monday morning who made my day!!! Her energy and bubbliness was contagious, where I carried that energy for the rest of the day! Not only she had a huge smile, but also treated you like family, with kindness and just overall, what customer service is all about!

Nice new clean and reasonably priced Food Lion. Convenient location. Scanners not picking up most of the produce items. Had to hand enter them which took longer and held up the line.
