The Workers are very friendly, one of them helped my sister pick out a Laptop. The selection of Laptops especially, is very large, same with the prices and power of them, there's an option for anyone. They have nice displays for certain electronics, like the gaming systems.

I went to this store to research laptops and Mr. Uriah McNeill, a store representative, assisted me. This guy is just amazing! I needed someone knowledgeable and he was that person. Not only is Uriah knowledgeable, but he's such an awesome friendly personable very charming young individual. I'd leave 10 stars if I could.

Buying online and picking up instore is always quick and easy. We've had to use our extended warranty on products a few different times, and they are always friendly and helpful.

Great and super big store. Has all your tech needs fulfilled and more. Overall great and fast experience. I went to buy an item for a dji drone and they had all that I would need and more.

Excellent Audio Technicians very knowledgeable & professional. These guys needs to be rewarded because employees like them are very hard to find. They installed a radio with speakers front & back. They had great suggestions for our vehicle sound system. Thank you very much!!!!

We needed to replace a television after a lightning strike, so I shopped online for an in-store pickup. The process was extremely easy; I found exactly what I wanted and completed my purchase in about 5 minutes.

I had a question about my order. The lady that I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and professional, and I did not have to wait on hold.

The only slight downside was a one day wait for a product shown as in-store.

Overall, I was very happy with my experience. I would use this service again.

This was for an online purchase with in store pickup. Upon my arrival, Best Buy employee scanned my emailed receipt on my phone, scanned the item I ordered, handed me my purchase, and off I went. Total time, about 5 min.👍

It was fully stocked for Black Friday. The lines went fairly quick. It was clean and they had plenty of security.

What you would expect. Large clean space with a large selection of modern electronics and associated accessories. Support staff appeared to be readily available, I was in and out. Unlike other big box retailers, Best Buy asks you download their app for self-check out. I did not, so I had to wait in line and use "a person"

Good selection (at least video games) and the geek squad is great. The prices for pc parts are kinda weird tho. But that's best buy as a company in general. Also the sales associates respect my boundaries as an anxiety riddled woman. They don't make me buy things or sign up for credit cards unless they are at the counter or i ask to sign up for it and if they do they don't haggle me (in my experience). So i do appreciate that!

Theirs people are friendly and helpful. The store is spacious, and nearly every product is top of the line, respectively. My plan is if I need something. I'll check Best Buy first.

This particular store has a great staff. Tony helped us with questions concerning a new printer. He knew his products and knew about different capabilities of the printers we were deciding on. He also told us about their program of accepting old printers at their counter for further disposal.

The gentleman who helped me with my junk Net10 phone was fantastic. Even though there ended up being nothing he could do, he was extremely patient and helpful. I'm a jerk for not getting his name so I could boost him in this review.

Recently had the pleasure of having a young man by the name of Rushad help me troubleshoot both my cell phones. It definitely was a job I wasn't able to do myself. I was quite pleased with his work, so if you're looking for help with your cell phone or whatever you may need, Rushad is the guy to take care of it! Oh, neither of my phones were purchased there that why I was surprised Best Buy would help, but they did! Thank you Rushad for going that extra mile for me!!👍
