Excellent location with very friendly staff and a price matched the device we were looking for online. I always much prefer to support the local store if possible and appreciate that the staff was helpful along with the extensive selection of electronics they had in stock. I would recommend this location and it appeared clean and well managed! Thank you for the excellent service! 🙂

I bought a new phone and Eamon, Trang, and Malachi were so helpful in the process! They were very considerate and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. The process was way less painful than I anticipated because of the way Apple /Best Buy streamlines things, and because the staff made everything clear to me when I was trying to understand the options

Went there for a very hard to find sold out everywhere Batmobile by McFarlane. Had to have it sent to my local Best Buy for pickup. I’m very satisfied. Got there in 2 days flat was in perfect condition
While I was there, I was quite surprised to see their selection of McFarlane and neca and other great collectibles

Service here was excellent. I feel like the staff went above and beyond to help me purchase 2 ps5s after some miscommunication regarding me only being able to purchase one. I truly appreciate the help that I received. Definitely Too tier for them to be such short staffed at the time.

Had a great time in the computer department of Best Buy! The sales people were very helpful. The Intel, HP and Microsoft associates are some of the best and knowledgeable people to talk to. The store is very clean and it's a very pleasant environment.

Getting my Android screen fixed. The staff was very accommodating and had my phone back within two hours. Great job!!!

I am always in Best buy. As a techie I see value in open box sales.

Geek Squad told me it wasn't worth fixing a 4 year old laptop ( which I had bought there). got a new one for about $400.

Although the white marsh store is an hour away from me I will only go to this store now just for the awesome customer service!

I was worried that them being understaffed I would be waiting or trying to find someone to help me, BUT I was mistaken to think that! I was patient and just waited not more than 3 mins before I was assisted with the request that I was asking for. The guy brought everything I wanted to me which I was asked to wait at the back cashier desk and within 10 mins I paid for everything with a giant smile on my face. Another happy customer here!

Their quick response and easy warranty process makes doing busy easy and fun. *Update* while still true I did witness an elderly man on crutches leave because he could not get service in appliances. I find that to be a little disheartening to only have 2 people trained and no one is there to assist.

I had a great experience. Worked with Lening to purchase a new laptop with 20 minutes left before closing.
He zeroed in quickly on my needs and I ended up walking out with a new laptop which fits my needs perfectly.

White Marsh Best Buy is the best store. Each and every person is nicer than the one before. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They never rush us. I really love this store. So patient and answer all our questions and explain everything. Thanks so much!!
