I went for a emissions test and failed. I needed a new gas cap. I saw a O'Reilly Auto Parts not even a block away. I went in and said good morning, the woman behind the counter sighed, then reluctantly asked can she help me. I stopped in my tracks, turned around and left. The negative attitude was too much. Not far from there, I spotted AutoZone. I walked in and two young men, Javion and Demico, both greeted me kindly and ask what can they help me with. I gave them my info and what I didn't know, Javion went to my van to show me where to find the information. Eventhough the computer said they were out, he went back to double check and found the last one. They went beyond. I so appreciate them. They made my day. Thank you!

I was traveling and I noticed my car was not starting up completely and needed to be jumped, so I figured I needed a new battery. When I arrived at this particular autozone (it was the closest to me) Dylan greeted me all smiles and made me feel really welcomed and comfortable asking questions. I know a little but not a lot about them. We got a new battery, he installed it and he even caught that my headlight was out (oops lol). The customer service overall was absolutely outstanding! Definitely a great impression and I travel a lot.

Dylan was so friendly and helpful. I know absolutely nothing about cars but knew something was wrong with it. Not only did he help me order a new battery but he installed it for me too. I will never go to another auto shop as long as this one is in business.

Yesterday Jan. 4, 2023 I received assistance from Kourtney which was amazing, best attitude on top of knowing her job, without a doubt.. thanks Kourtney!! I highly recommend that she gets a recognition of some kind from higher management would be great. I had been giving the run around for 3 weeks about my purchase and inability to trade in. The young lady knows her stuff.

I just want to say that the manager (can't remember her name) was so customer oriented and knew what she was doing. She has a future like no other. I will definitely go back there.

I want to thank and comment Kourtney at this location. I purchased a battery for my vehicle at another location. My SUV continued to lose charge and leave me stranded to the point that I bought cables to get a boost in case I needed help in the street. I was concerned, stressed and in fear of my vehicle stopping anywhere.
After 2 weeks I went back to where I purchased the battery, was told that they couldn't help me because their test machine wasn't working and he couldn't confirm that it was the battery. I asked if I could go to another location. He said yes. Praise God I chose to go to this location. An associate tested my battery and said it was not my battery so he couldn't swap it out or refund it. I asked for a manager. Thank you Kourtney for taking charge, for listening to my concern and caring enough for my peril.
You swapped out my battery, and corrected the issue with the price I was charged at the other location. You exemplified the capabilities of a manager. I hope you are rewarded for a job well done which you so deserve.

I had a wonderful experience with Jeff and Luke. I was stressed about how my car was running and both associates assisted me in getting the correct parts I needed. They educated me on the issue I was having with my car. I'm so grateful to have met Jeff and Luke. Auto Zone has and always will be my first choice in getting parts for my car.

One of the most professional places of business I’ve ever set foot in. These folks are simple pros that know how to take care of people. Always a friendly demeanor and attitude, quick to help and very knowledgeable. Sometimes it’s a frustrating thing when you have to deal with buying auto parts but they always make your day much better. Come see the difference.

Car batterie

This place is very good in what they do. What I mean by this is that they answered all my questions, were effective, did not create any pressure were I needed to make a decision right away. So they've earned my trust and I was able to make my decision right there on the spot.
But this is not all. Jeff P. Loaded tested my battery, installed my new one, give me some inputs about better care of my battery and did all this with a smile on his face. To top it off all this in 10 min.

Prior to this I asked my dealer for this service and they said "We have an open appointment next week". Who can wait until next week? I needed a battery today not next week.

You really feel appreciated when someone is as professional as he was -is. You don't mind spending your hard earned money when you are treated with respect.

Very friendly staff, helped me install a battery in my car. Service is quick and fast too. My goto shop for car parts that I need for my car. The Duralast brand is pretty darn good too.

Mason was AWESOME! He's very knowledge. He listens. He tries things that are suggested, which kinda shows that he's willing to learn. He's super nice! He taught me a couple of things in watching him work. He explained what he was doing without me even asking. He's very much appreciated. He was a very good hire! Because of him helping me install my battery, my experience there was better than I expected. It made me feel proud of my neighborhood Autozone.

This location was the best while I stayed in McDonough!!!! My car started having some issues before I moved out of state. James and Latoya both helped without hesitation. Because of them I was able to get back running! Thanks so much, you two were my God sent angels!

My engine light was on. I was told that I'd have to perform the diagnostic myself; because, it's selfservice. He was helpful and nice.

Very happy with my visit today. Had a bad battery. Staff (Eric) installed my battery purchase on site for free. Great service and quality. Life hack suggestion; When moving into a new area find these three things and make friends with them, your Pastor, Doctor and Mechanics. Well add to this your local Auto Zone people who will make friends with you. Thanks guys

They are some very good people they help me out and gave me what I needed like one of the best customer service I have all night because I had a problem my car and they gave me some of their personal experience and it made me very happy. And also they stayed open longer than O'Reilly

Guy was helpful. As much as he could anyway due to Covid. My check engine light is on and I came to get a diagnosis. Usually they come out with their machine and do it. They have a new little device where the customer plugs it up themselves into the car bring it back in and then they plug it into their machine. It still gets the job done I guess. Dang it Covid

Darius and Shakira was AMAZING! I was greeted immediately when I came in the store. Darius was very knowledgeable they both kept me engaged about my car, on what to do if my problem ever happen again. Kudos to this STORE! THEY ROCK
