AT&T Store

I always have a great experience in this store. The employees are always so nice and very helpful. They are straight forward. This past Friday they got in and out as well as got me and my daughter the phones we wanted and plans we needed in no time at all. They knew exactly what they were going. They won my business for life as long as they are there.

Tasia was Awesome! I came in with a problem with my devices she was prompt, caring, and treated me as if I was FAMILY! I will always come to this location while in Valdosta Ga.

I walked in and was immediately helped with a return on an item. The employees were Knowledgeable on my plan and got me squared away with a new screen protector. This location is perfect so you don’t have to spend 30 minutes in traffic getting to the one over by the mall. I’ll definitely return for any future needs

I went into the AT&T store to see about upgrading my phone with no intention of purchasing anything, but in talking with the representative, and pulling up my account, he was able to actually explain to me what phone and services I can get from my previous plan he was very helpful and I appreciate it.

Family friendly, very professional and the best customer service I have experienced from and provider in a long time. Charles McLeod is awesome and helped us get off Verizon and cut our bill in half. He was so nice and even put something on the tv for the kids to watch while we handled everything. 10/10

My family has been dealing with at&t on Norman Dr since we found out the kiosk at Sam's is only contracted to AT&t, and for 2 years dealt with the rudness and awful customer service was counting down to the day we would change carriers! That is until we came here! Grant you have given us back our faith in good customer service!!! Thank you for treating my family with respect!! Don't forget!!! Tues I came into your Bemiss office to get a new phone. I explained to Bree that I had precious memories on my phone that I didn't want to loose of my Mom who passed away. She assured me I wouldn't. She spent a long time helping me, and answering questions. She was fantastic. Today I had to go in again to ask a couple more and Charles helped me. You can rest assured you will get great customer service.

Thank you so much to Zack, Charles and John!! When I tell you these guys helped me out so much with transferring my number to my own account would be a understatement. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping me with my issue. John even stayed afterwards just to make sure everything was right with my phone before I left out of the store. Hats off to you guys!! Thank you so much!!! I would always recommend coming here if you already have a ATT and even if you don’t, come to them! They will give you superb customer service and will have you laughing in the process.

Amazing customer service 10/10, had issues with making out going calls. They even talked with customer service with me and got it fixed. good part is after they didn't try and press a upgrade plan or anything. they fixed the issue i had an moved on. definitely going back here if i have any issues. I went in there a couple days ago trying to switch carriers due to some issues on the carrier end that shouldn't have been happening, was greeted by Zack J. Just as soon as I walked in. Zack got all my info and started making things happen, even with a few hiccups here and there almost 3 days later he has followed up with me making sure things are still like they need to be. By far the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I was in the store off of Bimiss August 13th and was greated by John. He greeted my party and I and took my info and went to work handling our needs. I had an issue with my account saying one thing and he pointed me in the right direction in order to resolve the issue. Before I could finish with the corporate office he had figured out my issue. John took the time and presented many different options for us and showed us many products that was available under my plan. Very very knowledgeable about the business and what it had to offer the client. Ask for John when you visit the store and you will be taken care of.

Jeffrey was amazing and super helpful right off the bat. He was able to assist me with exactly what I wanted and he was super friendly and wonderful to work with during the process. I also appreciated that he was upfront and knowledgeable about the fine print of certain promotions. I will definitely use this store for future purchases with AT&T.

This ATT store (on Bemiss Rd) has the best customer service of any cellular store I’ve visited. My family switched to ATT after being with another carrier for 14 years. We spent our Sunday afternoon with John as he patiently helped us set up accounts, keep our numbers, and get new phones. He did an excellent job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this ATT location! You just can’t beat the prices or the customer service! Thank you, John!

Went in to grab a new phone and had a great experience. The manager Jeffrey helped me pick out which phone would be the best for my use and he ended up saving me a few hundred dollars. He even steered me away from buying a more expensive model. Super honest and cool dude. He also did a great job of dealing with an angry customer honking his horn and yelling through the storefront windows.
