AT&T Store

Lexi and Ruby were amazing. I don't care what anyone else says, this team knows their stuff. Give them the credit they deserve! Despite the amount of people that were in the store, they took their time with each customer and did the best they could with what they had. Get this manager more people working in the store and maybe there won‘t be so many complaints. Seems like the only logical option to me at this point. Having two people run a store week in and week out is just asinine!

Lexie was very kind and helpful with my phone situation. She is very knowledgeable with a friendly personality. She knows the products very well and will answer all your questions throughly. Thanks Lexie!

I came to this location a couple days ago to purchase my new phone. My other phone screen messed up. I decided to get a new a Samsung Flip 5 and they were able to transfer all of my stuff over, and help me recover my passwords, and were just all around patient with me and shows me how to use it. I highly suggest coming to see Alexis at the Sandy Plains store.

I went to AT&T store in Marietta Georgia. Their service was awesome and they were very knowledgeable with quick service.

I am a new customer(2 years) to ATT after 20 years of Sprint. While the website and 800# can be maddening as hell, I have been to this store several times the past week with questions about my new S23+ and worked with Dimitry. I had an issue with My Music not transferring from my LG to the S23 and he knew exactly what the best fix was. Knowledgable, fast, and a great personality for a CSR. Keep him around because the good ones often move on!

The customer service at this store with Tiffany was a top rated experience. I had 2 major issues that I had been dealing with off and on at another store and then on a chat line which added up to over 2 hours of my time with no resolution. Tiffany was able to resolve it in about 30 minutes. Plus she told me how to fix my voicemail which was my 3rd problem. I have been an ATT customer for almost 20 years and have been very pleased until the recent couple of years. So I was beginning to lose my faith In AT&T's customer service but it was restored by Tiffany!!! AT&T, you need more employees like her👍

Tiffany was a very attentive store manager. Though very busy she responded as quickly as possible to her customers. Wait time was about 15m before we were helped but she kept her patience and handled what we needed done

Devan was so patient explaining all the plans and benefits. He didn’t try to sell me just get me the best plan for my needs. He took over an hour to set up and show me how to use . This is my 2nd experience at this store and it has the most knowledgeable people working !!!

My experience at this store was good. I was having issues with my phone and my bill, but Tiffany the manager was very helpful and professional. She made sure I was satisfied before I left her store. I recommend anyone to go this location. Great service

Anastassia was the most helpful sales rep I have encountered in a very long time. ..anywhere! I had some issues with a phone that nobody else was able to figure out. She did not give up and was able to do what nobody else could. She was a true professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. She was determined to help and did not give up. I would never hesitate to go to this store even though I have many options much closer to home. Everyone in this store is very friendly and helpful. Great experience!!

We came in this evening with a mobile data issue. Coming in that late, the rep could have easily dismissed us but Jamiyah went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue before closing. Well done and thanks, Jemiyah!!!

The sales associate helped me select the right phone(s), reviewed my plan to see if I could save money, and took the time to set it up. Very knowledgeable and Patient. This was the best experience I’ve had at an ATT Store over my 10+ years as an ATT customer.

Megan was great, so helpful. after five days with a phone not working and traveling she was able to get into my account and make it possible for me to purchase a new one. she then spent all the time it took to transfer the data from one phone to another and explained everything she did along the way. if all customer service people were like this it would be great. I have had experiences with the company store by Town Center and found the people not even close to the service I received from Megan. thanks so much

My experience awesome!!! The entire staff was so very helpful & informative. Najee Boykin especially set me up with a new phone. He was very good giving me the best deal, then took the time to get everything transferred to my new phone...the shallower rd Marietta GA location. ROCKS!!

Eddie and Christopher went above and beyond to help my husband and I with our new phone service. They also helped us shop for the best prices and plans. The store closed at 8:00 and they stayed until after 9:00 making sure we were all set. It's rare to find true customer service these days... and these two young men knocked it out of the park.

Tyra has been extremely patient with me and I also noticed with all the other customers too. All the people at the store are very patient and knowledgeable about the products. It’s such a busy store but they never lose their cool. Always polite and professional. They take time with each customer. Tyra is the reason I stayed with AT&T. Her extreme patience won me over!

The only reason our company is still with AT&T, at least for the past several years, is because of the excellent  customer service that Tiffany Haggen has provided us,  for our company. She currently works at the, 2960 Shallowford Road #306,  Marietta, Georgia 30066, location. Go see her! I'm serious!

We met Tiffany a few years ago, when she was working at the Hernando, Mississippi AT&T location. We came in to correct errors on our bill that arose after an upgrade, which happens every time there is a change to our account. When arriving at the store, we were  resolved to straightening out our bill for the last time and moving our mobile service, to another provider.

Tiffany Haggen insisted that she could help us and once she was done, that we wouldn't want or need to move our account. She was correct. She did, indeed, correct the errors on our account. She went above and beyond to not only correct the errors on our account, but also sold us some new devices.  She did all of this with a confident, kind, smile.

We were both frustrated and aggravated over the issues with our account, when we entered the store. She was remarkable in how she diffused the situation so quickly in such a professional, yet kind manner.

She was moved to a store in Senatobia, Mississippi, forty minutes from our business. We followed her there. Then she was moved to Oakland, Tennessee, where we also followed.  It was just around an hour drive for us. Now she has been moved to the Marietta, Georgia location, which is too far from us, for the drive on a regular basis. However, when there is an issue with which she can assist by phone, she always does.

As a business owner, I understand how difficult it is to find quality employees. I hope AT&T will recognize just how valuable this lady is to the company. Everything she does reflects her dedication to AT&T, as well as, finding the best options for it's customers. We appreciate her so much!

This shop is so amazing. While they aren't big, the manager is so sweet and will do anything to ensure your happiness. I came in to be moved to my future husbands phone plan and she was super helpful and patient with all of our question. I will always go 5 miles out of my way to go to this store.
