Cedric and Santana were both very helpful with the products I was interested in. I had an issue with a device and they were quick to fix the issue and have me on my way. The store stands behind their products and I could not be happier with the service. Prices are fair and the selection process s great. I will tell my friends, and return many times.

Best place in arlington to get your smoke products which is comparatively cheaper than any other store. Plus its open 24/7, which makes it more awesome. Also, they got some good people working there who provides the best customer service. Overall, great place, everything was so organized and clean & tidy. Would love to shop again in the future.

I come here for disposables and D8, and the selection, quality, and prices beat out any other head shop in the area. Shout out to Santana for being so helpful and having the best recommendations!

They have a large selection of all smoke products but especially* favored the Delta 8 and THC-P selection of carts & disposables, (including Live Resin) brands like Urb, Cake, and Lizard.

Prices were fair for the quality and considering they're open 24 hrs & vast variety of products (think about all the extra operating costs y'all) I'm ok with paying a little more.

For reference, in comparison to relative smoke shop prices in Arlington TX , this place fell in the mid range area. "It's all Gravy" is much cheaper true..true.. but doesn't carry the major brands like Urb, Cake, Lizard, Patcha Mama salts Etc. Dr.Vapor ,another stellar Vape shop is fantastic but more expensive than Vape city.

The clerk was knowledgeable of products and spoke with experience of various flavors/brands. She was professional, personable, & enthusiastic. Vape City, where have you been all my life!?

Ben had EXCELLENT customer service. He had great recommendations and was extremely knowledgeable. I worked two different smoke shops for 4 years and I was extremely surprised they had no tip jar. I tried to have Ben keep my change but to my surprise they don’t take tips because they are supposed to treat their customers like regular people…. which I get. But I think it is severely poor to their customers on the owners part to not give them tips ESPECIALLY because they are open 24 hours. They deserve it and if I could give just the owners a zero star, I would. I truly hope that other people see this and make this a thing to get them a tip jar at least. They would get lots of it and THEY. DESERVE. IT. And I have worked places where reviews like this were left and I would get in trouble for no reason so if Ben gets in trouble, that just goes to show more how trash the owners are. I will be coming back at least weekly to see if they have a tip jar yet. I’m hoping I run into the owners to tell them personally that their employees deserve better. BEN YOU WERE AMAZING AND NEVER EVER DOUBT THAT !!!!!!!!!! 10/10 for him!!!!!!!!
