Very impressed with the service. During the Holiday rush, with the line to the door at times, I watched the UPS staff maneuver flawlessly, quickly, and best of all, in a positive and friendly way. Looks like they're expanding their printing services. I was there for a non-typical print request, and Lance stayed with it until done. Not my first visit, and definitely not my last.

The staff is incredible. I drive 20 min here as they are friendly. Supportive, and damn good at what they do. Great teamwork. And they do about anything that needs to move and isn’t human. It’s a true example of a well run business as workers are doing top customer service with ease and joy! B

Lance Evans was hands down the most polite and helpful person I have EVER had in all my visits to any UPS store from Florida to Colorado. He eased my holiday anxiety over the holiday items I was shipping at a late date!! His smile is most contagious and his ability to get anything handled was appreciated. This young man has the potential to be one of your best employees and I wanted to make that known.

Had a box to return to Amazon. When I walked in the store was buzzing with people and I was concerned about wait time. However, the manager had a separate line for returns to Amazon ! Everything was efficient and pleasant! Great experience!!

Amazing service, the clerks are always super helpful and cheerful. I am a frequent customer here with tons of Amazon returns and the staff is extremely patient even when my phone is slow pulling up return scans. This is my go to store for greeting cards also, as their selection is top notch for funny birthday cards, and any card you need they have it!!

They need longer hours and more employees but the service that they did do. They did promptly and took care of well

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MY GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THIS UPS STORE!!!! I am older and consider myself" technically challenged"! I was extremely intimidated by having to go there, to do a return on multiple Amazon items. I was treated with SINCERE patience and kindness as I was walked through my returns! Mike is the gentleman that helped me,and was very professional and friendly.He was kind enough to explain what he was doing ,so I wouldn't feel so ignorant to the process.He really didn't have to do that,but I no longer feel intimidated if I have a return! The store was immaculate and well organized. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS UPS STORE AS THE ONE TO USE. YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY YOU DID!!!!!

I have to go here a couple times a month to have documents printed out because I moved here a year ago and still don’t have my home office set up. Everyone that works here is so nice. The other day there was a young man working and we got to talking. He printed out a page for me and when I asked him what did I owe him he said no charge. I see you come here often and the conversation was worth the page. Lol. I thought that was just incredibly kind and that he knew I was a loyal customer and did that really made my day. At my age, it’s the small things that matter. Sometimes they are very busy but they still have a smile on their faces and they move the line along very quickly.

My daughter left her license home when traveling to Richmond and could not rent a car without it. I took it to the UPS store and Mike M. gave me all my options for getting it there the fastest way possible. He was super friendly, patient and courteous and my daughter received her license the next day exactly as promised at the time it was promised. The manager also could not have been nicer. I will certainly be using them in the future for any shipping needs. Thanks guys for turning around a very stressful experience !!!

Allen and team really went above and beyond to make sure my keyboard was packed and shipped properly. They were very knowledgable and explained in detail certain shipping requirements I needed to be aware of. The instrument arrived perfectly and I am very satisfied with how everything was handled and the personal service I received. Great customer service! I will definitely be back.

This UPS store has employees that are knowledgeable for all your shipping needs.
With all the Amazon returns and regular shipping , it's a wonder that they can help with your copying and faxing as well. I was surprised to learn I could also have my documents notorized here. Very convenient!

I have been using this UPS store for years and always am greeted with friendly, efficient and helpful people. Recently I enlisted Mike"s assistance in putting some special pictures on canvas. What a great job they did! I was beyond satisfied and cannot wait to put more treasured family photos on canvas! Many thanks for a job well done.

Awesome service! Called to have them pick up and ship a family antique painting (150+ yrs. old) which was left to my mother after her sister-in-law passed away. They picked it up, packed it extremely well and shipped it on time. The painting arrived in excellent condition. Very grateful for their professionalism!

Working with Allen the store manager was great. He is knowlegable and sharp about all the stores capabilities. I brought in a non standard printing job which he was able to crank out in just a few hours. This UPS store offers all the services you can possibly need. You name it they do it with a Smile

Needed to get to a fax machine and luckily Sebastian UPS store was open at 8:30 so I could rush there. Mike M. & Allen M. were helpful and professional. Been there before for notary services and they were quick then also. For all your fax/notary/ printing and shipping needs I very much recommend this UPS store!

This is the place to go for ALL your packing and shipping needs! Jay came to the house very quickly the same day after we called and spoke to him. He picked up 3 big and awkward pieces to be packed for placement on a moving truck. Jay's crew did an excellent and cost effective job, when the moving company would've charged so much more. Everything arrived intact, no problems. Jay also offers moving services and has men and trucks for that. I'm just sorry we didn't find out about all of this until we were on our way out of town.

I have used this store many times for copying, faxing and printing party invitations. Monday I took in a unusual request for printing, unsure if they could help. Mike showed me how they could make this work! My professional organization will be impressed with the outcome! Excellent work! Courteous service and I picked up the finished product today...Tuesday! Well done, Mike and thank you!

Nick Evans went above and beyond for me! He goes completely out of his way to help his customers with politeness and respect along with a great personality. From helping me find a box, printing a label & boxing it up for me to be shipped out in a timely manner it was nothing short of amazing customer service. Thank you again Nick for all you do!

This is my favorite UPS Store. Staff is always plesant and helpful. I drive right by another UPS drop off to go to this UPS Store because I have always gotten great customer service.
