The owner and staff of this UPS store go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. They are also friendly and helpful. Love the store and will definitely continue to use them for printing needs and shipping.

I had to drop a package off Saturday and was unaware of their hours. I got there at the last minute apparently and Kyle was so helpful and kind. He is such a wonderful human and I was so glad I got to meet him. Thank you for all you do Kyle. I will definitely be back. Also, they close @ 2:30 on Saturdays! LOL!

I have nothing but high praises for this UPS Store located in Bartow, Florida. By far, the best customer service experience. All the staff are always very welcoming, friendly and willing to help. Special shout out to Kyle for going above and beyond in assisting me in the most courteous manner. Also, shout out to whoever is doing the hiring, because they have selected people who are happy to do their job.

I was directed to go to this location to be finger printed. The individual that took care of me was GREAT. Nice, to put up with a 'crusty old man.' She & I participated in idle talk as the print machine 'complained' about how hard it was to get a finger to come out. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. Wish I had.

Stacin B/Kyle/Mani are all fantastic stacin packaged up his wagon and sent/delivered to new York. He loved it and gave his cat a ride in it too

I go out of my way to come to this UPS store because of the awesome team and great service… Today I had to come in and my package was ripped and I didn’t have the shipping label and I was not having such a great day… I was met by Kyle, He took care of the problem that had me stressed out like it was no big deal! very polite, very friendly, very helpful… A true professional.

I come to this UPS store a good bit and everyone is always so professional and kind. I have never had a problem or confusion with anything I have sent. Including mail, certified mail,packages etc. They all should be acknowledged for their excellent service but one in particular is very knowledgeable. I will go to any UPS store that Elsa is at. She has made a lasting impression.

I have had to do several Amazon returns in the last couple of months, and I have always had great customer service at this store. Each of the employees are professional, patient & courteous. I've never had to call to track a package & today I did so. The person on the phone was knowledgeable & patient, as I asked many questions & got everything answered. Great job, UPS Bartow!

This UPS has been handling my projects for the few months I've been in town and always do an excellent job. Today Sierra walked me through the process of emailing her a book I needed bound ASAP and had it printed and bound in less than an hour and a half. I appreciate how well the project was completed, but also how Sierra went above and beyond to get it done on a busy Saturday. The staff in this store are amazing!

The employees were very knowledgeable and courteous. The store was clean and well organized.

I’ve had to ship packages for a friend with little knowledge beyond the address it was going to, but was able to successfully be helped each time. The associate “Crystal” had me taken care of super quick and ran me through the paperwork and sent me off with the tracking ID. The package arrived (shipping within the state) in less than two days. Shipping here has been smoother than my experience anywhere else.

Ivan is such a sweet, kind and has so much patience as a customer service representative, he let me in last minute and made sure all of my request were done in time, he was truly a blessing in disguise but what I loved was he is very humble. He is a true asset to UPS and I hope they really consider that for future promotions or great endeavors.

Fast and very convenient - I like their move into downtown Bartow vs being in the shopping center. All staff very friendly and helpful

This is by far the best UPS store in Lakeland in my opinion although it’s a fairly new location the staff is always friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable…. I love the location & the how the store is always so clean & clear lol. . I’m never in there long they get me in and get me right out. I honestly have no complaints and believe it or not they are open on Sundays which is always a plus. I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!

The store is the best. Doesn't matter what kind of problem you have or what you come in with these people are problem solvers and solution makers. Anytime I come in there with a mess I straighten it out they're just the the best people to solve any issues I only come here
