Custom Docks Marine Lumber & Hardware

I was on my way to an appointment and realized my son had taken my tape measure out of my briefcase. Since i was far from home I Googled "Hardware Store" in my area. Custom Docks popped up and I called that there might be a slim chance they might have one. The company rep who answered the phone informed me they unfortunately did not.

However, knowing that I was behind the wheel, she went above and beyond to give me locations and directions to a local hardware store. Her two minutes of kindness and caring went a long way... she turned my extremely frustrated morning into one of appreciation for her kindness.

If this is how they treat people with whom they know they aren't going to make a dime, I can only imagine how well they treat their customers. A+

This is a great company to get your marine lumber and hardware. It was very easy to get the things we needed after the storm. And such nice people to work with.
