Ellie is the sweetest and best employee at the shop. While everyone there is wonderful, Ellie goes above and beyond to help customers. This is the only place I will shop for my vape.

Ellie is very helpful, she always has a great suggestion for an alternative product if something isn’t available, there is a large selection of items in here and she always knows where any product I need in the shop, she is very informative on the products that are in the store she is an excellent employee and I always look forward for her helping experience

Great store. The atmosphere is wonderful, as well as their selection of different vapes, and other smoking devices. One of the workers, Winter, is very helpful. Even when the store is busy, she makes sure to help everyone in a timely manner. Also very charismatic, and friendly when it comes to asking questions.

We came here on an incredibly busy day. It wasn’t any holiday or anything. It was just a random Friday at 11am and it was absolutely packed. I need whoever reads this to understand that Smithfield va is in the middle of nowhere so for a place to be packed is really interesting. We did have a bit of a wait but if you come in it most likely won’t be like that. This is Smithfield after all. Our waitress was great. Kept the tea coming and our food was pretty good.

The most caring retail experience I have ever had. Ollie treated me with the utmost respect for my back condition. I told him my prescription was 25 mg for my broken back injury and his compassion was beyond compare by his recommendation of the various gummies he had to offer. Not only did he take care of my request, but he also recommended a higher dosage that I could cut down at home for a better value. I will go to no other shop unless I'm out of town. My back thanks you Ollie and know that because of you I can walk and sleep at night. Blessings.

I can’t believe I found ShangraLa in our lil Smithfield, but always a pleasure to do business, very helpful & patient staff - even if you know NOTHING, they’ll help point you in the right direction.
