Food City

This store is always clean and well kept inside and out. I have been craving "Ceviche"; which is normally only offered during summer months in the seafood department and only in the more Mexican populated neighborhoods. I asked the seafood manager, Richard, if he could make a small batch for me and I would purchase most if not all of it. This man went out of his way and made me and my family very happy. I purchased every bite of the Ceviche and I will never forget how Richard went out of his way to come in early to make me and my family feel important enough for him too do so. He deserves recognition for his efforts because he does things like this all the time! I wish I knew what too do to make it happen for him!!

Have had nothing but good experiences at this location...ESPECIALLY the Fried Chicken! I wish whoever does the chicken (and other cooking) at Gate City location could go do some training at Church Hill location (chicken ALWAYS overcooked and dry) and Fort Henry location (haven't tried the food here yet). Just moved close by Fort Henry rd. location, walked in to check out the food/deli and it all looked like a homeless soup kitchen.

I like the remodel. Not much here under $5 though. Kitchen food is pretty good. I like the pimento cheese sandwich.

The biggest food city I've ever been to it's got a big door look and they even put a Starbucks in there and they also have a a food City basket on the roof and a food City gas n go gas pump on top of the roof of the food City gas n go

New renovations are looking good. It’s getting easier to find things now. Clean and good selection.

It's your typical grocery store. You buy groceries here. Not much else to say.

I love this Food City, this store in particular because it's always so clean. But most of the cashiers are so snotty especially the females and a few male cashiers. I'm a happy go lucky kind of girl and I'm a friendly person and I talk to everyone so when I check out I just don't even bother to speak to any of them... Because I don't want to tell them exactly what I think about them BIG NOSES IN THE AIR!!! I can actually walk by all of the cashiers and tell which ones I don't want to check out at because I can plainly see how they respond to most of the shoppers and I can also tell if it's someone that they know personally because of the special treatment that they give them like being kind for one... But because the store is so clean and the meat department is great I will continue to shop there for now.

Weber city, Virginia. Nice location for this grocery store. The meals at the hot bar are really tasty. Great selection of bakery goods.
Beer selection a little smaller than other food city's, but it is a smaller store.

Always stocked with what I need and what I didn't know I wanted until I went in. Clean. Friendly employees usually well stocked. Buy all my beef here and most.of my meat.

As I've said before the Weber City VA store is the best one I've been in. Kingsport Center Street near Lynn Garden is 2nd best ever. Been in Both plus Abingdon Pulaski and Radford and Bristol
