I can’t even express how much we appreciate the staff here. I’ve been here and to the one in Sparks several times over the last two weeks and each time, the staff (sometimes the same people, sometimes new people) were amazing. They were kind and helpful and really fun to talk to. My daughters were being crazy and saying some teenage level craziness and each time the staff overheard, they’d laugh along.
Once we paid for our stuff, the girls asked if they could change into the new stuff and the staff was really kind about letting them into the dressing room to do so. It was a bit slower at this time so there weren’t a ton of people in the store… I don’t know if that’s something that would have been okay if there had been. They seemed to have really good interactions with each other also and that is so important for providing a positive shopping experience.
Seriously, we’ll absolutely return to both locations. The selection at this store is not quite as big as the one at the Reno mall but both have really good deals and “trendy” clothes

As a plus size gal I wish this location would carry sizes in person and not just online. That was a big bummer! But when I talked to Jillian the Store Manager she really made my day. She helped me and talked to me of the items I could find. Thank you! You are the best

My wife and I went there about a year ago, and they were really nice. It's not my cup of tea, but it was definitely my wife's thing. I notice the price where not bad at all

I remember she had to return a couple of clothes, and forgot her recipe, but they still help her out.

I love their perfumes and colognes plus it always seems that they have sales going on. I went on my lunch break was in a rush and a staff member helped me find a outfit for my daughters birthday. I even dropped my keys in the store and they helped me find them. I was very please at the customer service thank you....

My teenage niece loves this place as a consequence I am forced to spend a lot of money here they seem to have everything to meet her preteen desires. Their clothing is very inexpensive but it's not always the best quality but when you're 12 I guess it doesn't have to last a long time

Haven't been in since they opened and went in during Christmas and after Christmas...... A new Manager and it looks awesome. Very Friendly staff. The Manager, Shelby was very helpful in helpful in put some outfits together for me..... A must visit.....
