My wife and I came to T Mobile to switch over and upgrade our phones, and it was a great and seamless experience. CJ, the rep who helped us out, provided amazing and exemplary service and support. So far, a great experience with the store.

Makala Starnes hooked it up with a beautiful PURPLE GALAXY S24. 🥰 Gave me a new galaxy watch because of a special promo.
She gave me a heads up on other special deals and I ended up getting the galaxy Buds FE as well. I walked out with a new phone, watch, and earbuds.

I went into T-Mobile looking to open a line with them, however, I ended up opening 3! Instead of just opening a line for me, I enjoyed my visit so much that I decided to bring the whole family along as well! Cj was professional and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I ended up getting new phones and walking out the door happy and satisfied. I 100% recommend this T-Mobile location as it's clean, the staff is friendly, and it was smooth! I'll be back for sure!

The staff at disc drive are amazing always very polite and knowledgeable I drive an hour just to go to this store Manny, Atticus, CJ, Katie, and Makala are wonderful and are amazing at customer service keep up the amazing work guys !!!!

We’ve been a loyal customer of TMobile for many many years and we love TMobile. All I can say is great customer service and cell phone plans. My husband and I were in the Sparks (Disc Drive) store yesterday to upgrade our phones. Manny, the Manager helped us and he was nothing but helpful and awesome! He went above and beyond in customer service. Thank you so much Manny!!!! ☺😊☺😊 I highly recommend TMobile!

Absolutely love t-mobile I’ve been with them for three years now, and anytime I have had a issue they always help me with, I broke my phone about a year ago and was able to replace it, the shipping was fast and easy 🤍🤍

This T-Moble business is located inside the Sparks Galleria Shopping center. It is in a small strip mall on the left hand side. It is located next to the See's candy store and near Qdoba.

Ahmit hit customer service out of the ballpark. He kindly greeted us upon entering the building. I was looking to upgrade my phone.

Ahmit was knowledgeable, informative, polite and friendly. He showed us the up grades and informed us of their new features. He gave us all our options so that we were informed of all of our choices and how best to make it fit in our plan. We decided on the new android. I can't RAVE about him enough. I sure how he gets KUDOS from T- Mobile and his manager.

While there we got to meet Andres, June (the manager) and Nicole. All of who were professional, polite and friendly. Andres helped Ahmit by going to the back and getting the extras that we were purchasing. We purchased a wireless charger, a Otterbox protective case, a screen protector, and an extra cable as the new one is not compatible with the old phones. Thanks Andres for helping and chatting. Ahmit helped me download all my new apps and wipe my old phone.

Atticus is amazing super friendly very helpful. If you go into T-mobile in Sparks Nv ask for him. His boss should give him a raise before his talent is taken elsewhere.

Went into this store because customer service had me on hold for hours and kept hanging up when I went a guy named Atticus helped me out he was very knowledgeable answered all the questions I had made my visit quick and easy would highly recommend asking for him for your cell phone needs very patient and kind

The staff at T Mobil on disk in sparks are great they always have a smile on their face and are very friendly and knowledgeable they do a great job at problem solving I drive an hour in just to come to this store thank you all so much

Amazing!!!!!! We had a horrible experience at the TMobile that is just in the other shopping center then went to this location where we treated amazing. They stopped at nothing to help us and kept going until we left. Even gave us business cards so we can keep talking these guys up. Even the manager who had been busy in the back came out to help and gave us all the info we needed to redeem all the goodies that came with our plan. We can not say Thank you enough to Rizzo and Atticus for being patient, kind and understanding. Oh and PS thanks for the info on the kicks for our daughter!!! If you have a chance to visit this True TMobile store than a 3rd party location do so!!!!
