Located inside of the Reno Airport terminal. This store has a little bit of everything. Extremely overpriced but when your in a pinch for a charging cord or some head phones, they’ve got it.

Sold me AirPod Pros for $329. Apple sells them for $249. After tax it's about $100 more than it is at Apple. What a rip off!

Staff wasn't clear on which generation AirPod Pros had which features. Staff acted like I didn't like them after returning them 30 minutes later. I said nope, "I just don't like the price". Then they played stupid about how much they are marked up over MSRP.

I'd steer far away from this place. I'm never shopping there again.

Terrible at answering phone calls, not a computer store should not be listing themselves as a computer store. Terrible customer service. Will not shop there and suggest others not to either.
