The absolute best staff. Can we talk about Taylor for a minute? What an exceptional cashier. Knowledgeable, attentive, kind, just the coolest dude. Let's also talk about your meat dept + deli. Best dang team I've ever met. I tried to ask for the manager from one of the guys at the deli counter so I could give him some kudos (and help him get a raise) and he said 'Nah, I'm capped out for my wage, but I really appreciate the feedback ma'am!' This store is really doing something special with their team. It's hard for me to shop anywhere else at all. Every time I go there, there's a manager walking around greeting people - and they've all got just a great vibe. Thank you so much! I am a former grocery store customer service manager, and this team is a dream team, truly.

This is the first time I was in this store. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was. I shop at other stores that aren't nearly as clean. I did download the app so I could find what I was looking for. That is the one thing I hate about going into new stores. Clip the coupons so I was able to save money which was a good thing. Since Albertsons and Safeway are from the same company, you only need a log on for one of them. You do need two apps but it's the same log on for both apps.

Thank you to Liz and whoever else helped with my son’s cake and cupcakes. It was my son’s first birthday yesterday and the cake came out phenomenally. I showed the bakers what I wanted and they came through perfectly!!! I loved this cake so much. I wasn’t expecting for them to do all the extra details with the bubbles or sea weed or darker blue drip style. I had low expectations. They blew me out of the water! The baby shark toppers I had gotten off of Amazon but the cupcakes and cake were their work of art!

Fantastic Osco Pharmacy with the best customer service and almost never any waiting. The main store never has more than 3 customers in line and the self-checkout as intuitive and easy to use.

The digital couponing takes some getting used to, but it's worth it.
I love the warm and friendly staff of consistently familiar faces.
There doesn't seem to be much of a "turn around" with the employees, and that speaks volumes, both to the quality of service offered from a caring, experienced, and knowledgeable staff, as well as the quality of management and supervisors.
I love this store.

Shop the sales! Many times you will find GREAT deals in the meat section. Stock up, vacume seal or pressure can it for the future.

This store is so clean, and very professional staff. I love coming here, the staff is always so helpful, and the workers are always on their A game. Super helpful too!

Went into Albertsons today to purchase my holiday rib roast. The roast is just for two of us and the ones in the meat case were 6+ lbs. Asked Anthony at the meat counter if he could cut us a smaller one and without hesitating he asked what size and said to give him a few minutes. When he was done he even found us in the store to give it to us. This is exceptional customer service. Great employee.

This store is always clean and the employees are really nice. The cashier manager was extremely helpful when I needed her. My issue only took a moment to resolve, but there was a really rude customer in line behind me. So impatient. She began throwing her things back into her cart. The manager remained cool and collective. I will definitely shop here again. Kiddos to the manager!

I usually go to albertsons on elsworth on the east side but today my spouse was having her hair styled at a new salon. Amazing, this store has the same layout only in a slightly different format. Help fil staff near the produce section approached me without my even asking for any assistance. Fantastic produce, bakery and meat sections.

Albertsons is my favorite store to shop in for groceries. It is always well-stocked, and extremely clean, and logically organized. It’s easy for me to find anything I’m after.

I had placed an order online the night before; to be delivered between 10&2pm.
My food order was delivered to wrong address by 3rd party @1:35pm.

I called Albertson's and spoke with manager about my complaint. He went out of his way to correct the problem. Was able to get an order out to me by 7:30pm. He was even kind enough to refund my entire order!! That's what I call professional customer service and going above and beyond!!
From the bottom of my heart .. I thank everyone at Albertsons!! THANK YOU!!

I love this store.. A little pricy but worth it. Best fresh meat, and the butcher is wonderful. Will always go the extra mile to give me my meat the way I want it cut. Good variety of vegetables and fruits.. Nice and fresh. I've bought cheese a few times, noticed it was molded when I got home. Brought back week later w/receipt and no problem. Item was returned for full price. The cashier at customer service could not of been any nicer!! She had awesome personality and couldn't apologize enough.
It's people like her that keep people like me coming back. Thank you!!

I visited the Meat & Seafood Dept recently. Was provide very quick and professional service by Kristina . She was extremely helpful. I have frequented the Store and the Meat & Seafood Dept. numerous times and noticed how clean it has become back there.

Always clean and well stocked. Best deals on quality meats. The pharmacy at this location is truly exceptional, they know me on sight and are always happy to go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of.

We shop at Albertsons because it is very clean, has great people working there & is not too far from the house. Lately the shelves have had less on them because of delivery problems, so do hope that will end soon. Albertsons is our main go-to store but we try to go to all stores at different times so they all get business. I think a lot of people must be ordering on line because there doesn't seem to be as many people shopping. Most r still masking up also. My husband likes to go shopping so he can get out of the house. The past 2 years have been very hard on most people so just getting out is a treat.

Love shopping here. Love there sale prices people are so kind. Store looks so happy and clean. Most of all the music to get you going and in the mood to shop

Very helpful employees. Needed 5 gallon water and they took to my car for me. Also return bottle machine wasn't giving credit slips and I was given one inside no question asked. Very good experience.
