Salvador is the best! Very accommodating, knows the product, gave me lots of samples and Temptations. He added so much value to my first visit to pepper palace. I bought way too much stuff ha ha. All products are organic and taste absolutely wonderful. You’ve got to come into the store!

Utah Chileheads, this location has closed without warning. Save the drive for now. We've submitted an update and photos to Google. We hope to bring some Simply Spicy Stuff back to the Outlets at Park City in August with a booth at the new Locals - Park City gift store, at location F150, back by Abercrombie & Fitch!

The most premiere location to get ANYTHING related to SPICY; Sauces, Spices, Salsa, Wing Sauce, Everything-Sauce. From the mild pepper all the way to Carolina Reaper! Amazing Flavors! They said everything is small-batch made, custom recipes, and comes from the Midwest. Everything is priced in "Heat", the hotter the sauce, the more expensive it is; with that said, well worth it - & competitive prices in my opinion.

This place is DELICIOUS!! Didn't know what to expect but Salvador was A TON of help. We came on a Friday and even though it was half hour before closing time, he was really patient and stopped putting away stuff so he could help us. We ended up purchasing a bit more stuff because of Salvador's recommendations. I especially LOVE the pickles and pickled green beans!!

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! He pulled out all the samples and helped us try before we buy. Great manager! Super friendLy!

Had a great experience in the store.The sales accociate was very Friendly, knowledgeable about the products...We loved looking at all the hot sauces, seasoning and rubs. We are starting a collection of Hot sauces and we purchased the Kraken..Very happy..We will forsure be back.

Sal is a manager at this Pepper Palace in Park City and he was working when we went in and were browsing. He greeted us with a smile and happy attitude and encouraged us to try the samples. He was very honest and accommodating, got chips out of the back to try the different salsas and showed us his favorite! We had a really great time and ended up spending an hour in there and bought over 15 items. Highly recommend this store and doing business with Sal! He’s incredible and customer service is impeccable. Definitely recommend and we will be back!

I was visiting Pepper Palace the first time ever while i did my first business trip to the US.

Salvador, the store manager, gave me a warm welcome right when i entered the room.

I was looking for a delicious and hot sauce and Salvador came up with a lot of recommendations and i could try them all in the store. After a few tastings i have found the perfect sauce for my needs.

After that, Salvador came up with Nachos to try the different Salsas and they tasted all so good. Could have bought all of them :)

Great customer Service, the price is just right and the sauces and salsas are soooo good.

We went in just to share a photo of this cool place with our friends. Enter Salvador, he was so kind and invited us to try anything we wanted. We decided to try a few to bring home to our friends. This is when things got out of hand and our taste buds just couldn't stop at just one. So yes we ended up leaving with a 13 package deal! We can't wait to try all our buys and share with our friends back home! Thanks Salvador for your wonderful service!

Hot sauce is hot sauce is hot sauce, right? Unless you are lucky enough to walk in when Marshall is working. He has an intense understanding of flavor profiles and is instrumental in helping you find what your looking for. I will continue to make the 45 minute journey to Pepper Palace and am already excited to try some new flavors the next time around.

Awesome experience. Owner. Manager definitely knows his stuff. He was able to point me in the direction of some great sauces. Super excited to take them home and start using them. Good experience an awesome job.

Guy working was friendly. We had sampled a lot of the items at the Tennessee store but didn’t want to risk glass breaking in our luggage so looked it up and they had one in Utah. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted but the guy did offer anything to be sampled and seemed knowledgeable and eager to assist. It is a bit pricey so not something I’d get on the regular but is a nice treat every now and then to splurge

This place legitimately has some of the best rubs and sauces I’ve ever had. Everything they sell is high quality from all levels of spice. About a year ago when I tried their The End: Flatline hot sauce, it was so spicy it caused me to puke in the parking lot right in front of it. Salvador is extremely helpful, he is very nice, and provided great customer service. I would give 6/5 stars if I could

Fist time visiting Pepper palace in Park City. I received a gift pack for christmas and loved it, so decided to drive from Layton to Park City just to check it out. Even though we got a bit of a late start and didn't arrive until 5:30 PM the Clerk Salvador was still very welcoming and made sure we found everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful, Sal made the whole drive worth it and ensure a repeat customer in my family for sure.

I love this place! I normally shop online for my hot sauce, but recently my packages have been getting stolen. I looked in my area and this shop came up. I read the reviews and had a suspicion that the negative reviews were biased due to being confronted about health safety during this pandemic. I can tell you, not only is this some of the best customer service I have experienced, but her knowledge and passion about what she is doing is tangible. There were two other customers in the shop at the same time, and one was not wearing his mask appropriately. She approached him and politely asked him to adjust his mask which he did. She then recommended various sauces based on pepper type. I knew what I was looking for and made my purchases. I was recommended to try the sauces on particular types of food. I was so anxious to try my Serrano lime sauce I had to try it in the parking lot. Delicious! Highly recommended.

I went to The Pepper Palace to get some hot sauce for my brother. Salvatore helped me out! He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He provided me with the boxes I needed to ship the sauce to my brother.

While looking around, I heard a customer lamenting the fact that the sauce he sampled was really hot and thought that he might puke. Sal kindly handed him a plastic bag and commiserated with him and also told him about a remedy of horseradish to quench the heat. He was very kind to the customer.

Worth the visit!!

Wow! Salvador was the man and helped us find everything from salsa to hot sauce. Even my kids found some of each that they liked. He let us try everything we wanted and then some. Will definitely be making this a routine spot to stop on our travels. Stop in you wont regret it!

This is probably one of the coolest place's I have gone too! Marshall was amazing! His customer service and knowledge about everything in this store! He definitely made our shopping experience very fun! I'm going to tell my family and Friends if they are in park City, they have to check out this place!!

Awesome service and really tasty sauces, Mr pain was painful but fun to sample. Flatliner was intense as well and I had a near spiritual psychedelic experience with that sauce. Also heard some amazing stories from the clerk.
