Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Store is well lit and well stocked. Unlike the big box stores, an employee was easy to find and knew where the item was AND took me to it.
I looked online to get an idea of price. Lowe's had it for $9.99, and Big R was $8.99.

Glad to have in Reno/Sparks area. They have a great selection of all kinds of things from pet supplies to farm supplies and everything in between.

R Supply is my go to place for all my hard to find, special projects, and more hardware. They've upgraded, including an assortment of small hardware for firearms.

Excellent alternative to the big box stores. Don't let the name put you off. If you need hardware for a project or fittings for that leaking faucet, chances are you find it here.
They have much more than ranch related stuff without the chaos of the other guys.

First time in today, and what a great experience. Goodbye to some more familiar stores.

I went for one specific item & ended up with about 8 items I didn't know I needed! I bought some dog food for Minnie that was on sale & she loves it. The first ingredient is always meat. I only but her the best. She'll be 15 years old 10/19/23. She has been a great dog.

Big r is a great store, especially when I had a farm. Bought one of their big pole barn kits and it turned out to be a great investment to save my equipment.

This trip: Very helpful getting my RV and trailer filled with propane and turned around in their yard.

No other store like it that I have found in this area. Reminds me of farm stores in the midwest, where you could buy anything; hardware, clothes, sports, tools, power equipment, fishing. They say in the sping they sell chickens and ducks. Very friendly staff, Julie was very helpful and gave us a history of the store and the area.

First time in here since they changed hands and I have to say, they have a LOT more stuff than they did before. Honestly, the name change kind of threw things off for me, and I'm probably not alone.
Anyway, it won't be my last visit. Now that I've seen what's available I'll definitely be going here before the other 2 big box stores.

Can never find anyone to assist you at Lowe's. Home Depot is a little better. We always look for Robert at Big R. He's very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help you out.

I can get in so much trouble in this store. They always have what I need at decent price. Was looking for new pair of hay dudes and they did not disappoint.

this place is the best place to for quality as well as variety in regards to all things DIY, or maintenance projects around the property. they also have a better ranch animal/equine care and accessories than any three pet stores around here put together. think mini red Meyers if your familar, or if not think "target" and "ace hardware" mixed with "tj max" everything from lawn tractors to ladies fashion. and excellent selection of mens work boots...feed troughs and electric fencing to pro level outdoor night vision cameras. they refill propane as well as offer the componentsrindividually to build you own adaptor to refill the smaller camp stove sized bottles from any 3 gallon or larger with the proper fittings

So incredibly happy with this store… (This store is in the same location as the old Ace hardware store... in some ways similar, but in most ways incredibly better.) first off, let’s start out with an overview of the store this is my first time into a BIG R… And I must say I was really impressed lots of good quality items and very reasonable prices. So if you’re looking for hardware, plumbing, ranch or farm supplies or just looking for a great quality coat or coveralls this is the store. All the employees that I met were fantastic and I am already looking forward to going back!

Conveniently located, and takes care of the majority of my hardware needs. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about product locations. If they don't know about a particular product, they are always honest and willing to try to find the answers.
