Their copy & print is so accommodating! Stopped here to make a last minute print on my way to an event and they let me print on card stock on the spot! Didn’t even charge me to reprint it when the formatting cut off some of the edges. Customer service is incredible!

We have used Staples on several occasions for print jobs for our business and have been extremely pleased every time. Tracy and Theresa in the print center are AMAZING!!!! They take customer service to the next level. Once when I came in and something wasn't exactly as expected, Tracy wouldn't stop until she made sure that everything was perfect, not only for our standards but for her own personal standards and for what she wanted to see Staples put out. That says a lot to me these days. Kudos to these ladies in your print center Staples. They deserve to be taken care of and at least a nice lunch on the company :)

Amy was amazing when I picked up my rush order today! I needed to get some brochures printed last minute and she was extremely helpful. She called to double check to make sure my order would be just what I wanted. And it was even done 3 hours ahead of schedule! Fast, friendly and efficient! Thanks for taking care of me today.

Everything was great. I ordered furniture online to pick up in the store. They sent me a text and email when they received the order, another when it was ready to pick up. The man that helped me pick up the order was super friendly and helpful. He offered to help me load it into my car. When we were putting the furniture together the instructions were easy to read (in english) and we put the 2 pieces of furniture together in an hour.

I have been frequenting staples of late and been pleasantly surprised. Amy in printing is a gem! She has guided me in making lots of decisions. I value her advice & knowledge. I will now be taking all my printing to her. So grateful to have her on my decision-making team.

Staff was very helpful with answering my questions! Even helped me sign up for the rewards program so I can earn money back for my ink cartridges. They have a great money back guarantee if my items do not meet my needs. I wish there were locations down in SLC but the location in Park City is right by my work!

She should have 10 stars Teresa she get a pay raise and be the manager for all stores in utah. She knows what customer service is all about.

Very helpful staff at this store! Made me feel like my needs were trying to be met and several inquired if they could be of assistance as I was walking around the store. Sami was especially helpful and even though she was busy at the register made sure I had help with large items out to my vehicle. Would definitely recommend!
