I was in Home Depot this morning to get some painting supplies and a gallon of Glaze and Seal cement sealant. The only Glaze and Seal size on the shelf was the quart size. A quart wasn’t going to be enough for my job. I tried to find an employee for help, but could only find one working in electrical. The employee, Daniel, was stocking shelves, but he stopped it and was kind enough to help me find what I was looking to purchase. Daniel checked supplies for Home Depot on his phone and saw that the gallon of Glaze and Seal was in stock. It was located still in the boxes way up on the area above the shelves. Daniel went and got a staircase ladder and went up and got the gallon of cement sealant for me. I just wanted you to know how appreciative I was of your employee’s service. David Tourek

Dear Home Depot on Eubank in ABQ,

My name is Sam Parnell. We live in the East Mountains and have been regular customers for many years having purchased a wide variety of items.

The submersible pump in our well started going out on 7 July. We came in to the front order desk on 10 July to order pump, pipe and hardware. Leslie was extremely helpful, courteous and professional in putting together a somewhat complicated transaction requiring some approval.

The delivery was scheduled for 12 July, but it didn't go well. UPS dumped our shipment 2 1/2 miles away from where we live and lied to Home Depot about where they put it. The person at whose gate UPS deposited our shipment of over $1000 value, called me late in the day and I was finally able to get it after five of us had spent four hours driving around trying to find the place that matched the blurry photo UPS had sent us.

I have completed several surveys sent by Home Depot in which I complained bitterly about UPS's incompetence and Home Depot's helplessness in resolving the issue in an acceptable way.

I am writing this review to sing the praises of Leslie who beautifully put together our order. The extremely unprofessional and unsatisfactory delivery by UPS IS NOT LESLIE'S FAULT.

I do not want my responses on the surveys I submitted to Home Depot to reflect negatively on Leslie. She did a wonderful job of helping us and is to be congratulated and recognized by Home Depot as an exemplary employee.

Went there with my Mom to purchase a dryer. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the dryer we bought. He was also very polite, respectful, and had great customer service. So, if we should be in need of a washer in the future, we will most definitely buy one at Home Depot.

Great place to buy a Christmas tree! Prices were lower than other big box stores. Joey was so helpful last Sunday. Helping with pricing, taking it up to the front, preparing the tree and loading it in our car out in the parking lot. Very stress-free experience, and one of the best attitudes I have seen in a store in a long time. Thanks so much!

We Love that Home Depot is our neighborhood store for getting our home projects done! We just created an automatic watering system for our tomato contianers, and it was really easy with all the 'Dig' brand drip irrigation products. We used a battery operated timer attached to our hose bibb. Then added a pressure regulator, and 1/2" tubing to our whisky barrels. Then added 1/4" tubing and added soaker hose rings for each barrel. It was really easy once we got started. We used 1/2" tubing for the herb garden with little bubblers. It was so much fun, to do that we are planning an automated irrigation system for our raised beds! We have water walls on the tomatoes since it is early in the season.

Shop Home Depot never shop Lowes . Home Depot got better customer service. Even when HOME DEPOT HAS A BAD day they still go above and beyond . When I'm at any store I ask for nothing . Simply just respect if you reviewing this try both stores my money is on Home Depot based of my experience

Of course loved by husbands everywhere I love how they do workshops once a month for kids so they can learn how to be confident young men learning about tools and men stuff such a great activity for a business to do

I went in for some oven hood filters and was approached by a very helpful and smiling gentleman by the name of Craig. He made my experience easy and pleasant as they didn’t carry the size I needed so he was kind enough to order the right ones. Home Depot is lucky to have him on their team. Thank You!

We were looking at light fixtures and could not decide which ones to use. We were glad to meet Home Depot staff, Darrell, in the electrical department. He has great customer service and is very knowledgeable which helped us with our light fixture selection. Highly recommend Home Depot off Eubank.

We shop at Home Depot a lot- too much. First i worked with CJ in appliances and he was so professional, honest and helpful. I sent my husband who worked with Sam B in appliances and he was great, too - worked with my husband for an hour- he was knowledgeable, nice and incredibly helpful. Had to acknowledge both their kindness and efforts! Above and beyond of what was expected. Thank you both!

The guy working in the garden center was super nice! He took time to walk with me all over around closing time to help me find a small bag of perlite. I wish I had gotten his name so he could get recognition! Also my cashier Angela was very sweet :)

I want to review again! This is months later and it wouldn't let me write a second review but these employees are just so great I wanted to say it again lol I had another great shopping experience here :)

I do allot of home projects and this place has all I need and really good prices.

Had to pick up a bit set, I couldn't find it actually in store or in the app, and I was going to leave I found what I needed right by the self checkout on an end cap by accident. It was in a cage, so I asked the csr if she could call someone to get it unlocked, and she wasn't mean or rude about it, just pleasant and called. It's amazing how rude a customer service representative can be when the customer asks them for help. It's like doing one aspect of the job they chose, they applied for, got hired to do and go to to earn a living everyday is such a huge inconvenience and so much work, at their job, where they work... But, not this lady, she knows what's up. After a few minutes no one came so we started chatting, and she rocked.

For those who rent an apartment and want a mirror on the wall to save room, go to this Home Depot and find this mirror on shelf 39. It costs only 5.96 and is light enough to be hold by the 3M stickers, which won’t damage your wall. I got two in Canada for 8.99 each. I tried Amazon, Walmart and dollar store....This is the cheapest and lightest mirror that does a good job. The staff in this store was helpful when I try to find this.

Just ordered new kitchen cabinets, and all that goes with it. I have been working with Lyndsay, and she was great at helping us with a great plan. Her service is free, and she will help you every step of the way.
