Clean, efficient, opened on time, helpful staff. Parking wasn’t a problem at the time of the day I went. I can see it being busy and gard to find parking space on peak times. Love the no box needed amazon returns through this ups location.

This UPS store has been great in accepting my wine shipments. The employees have been easy to work with and have even went out of their way to make sure I get my wine. My last shipment came from a carrier that was not UPS. When I learned of this I contacted the store and they took my name, said they would accept the wine shipment and contacted me when it arrived. This type of service earns this store 5 stars in my book. Job well done!

I went in on a Friday, shortly before closing with my *Amazon return. 2 people were ahead of me. I didn't have to wait long and my transaction took less than a minute. Ivan was the only one working. I had several questions about their services which are quite extensive. I'm sure he was more than ready to go home, it was past closing time, ( I checked my receipt before I wrote this) but despite that he answered all my questions.
He was very pleasant and quite efficient. The owners are lucky to have him.

The UPS Store did a fantastic job putting together my daughter's Wedding Brochure. The pictures turned out great, the statements all fit and the quality was outstanding. The guests loved them and asked where we had them made. The UPS Store was easy to work with, friendly, professional and made every effort to have it look how I envisioned them. Beautifully!

The new lady with short brunette hair that started recently is awesome. Efficient, friendly and professional. Feels like she has my mail ready for me before I even get in the door. Never forgets (or says she can’t find) parcels, which has been a past problem. She is a great addition to the team.

The folks here are 5-stars awesome. Always professional, helpful and cheerful. We are out of town for months at a time and they never fuss that we leave a package there for a week or even longer. Very customer service oriented.
Love that we can walk there from our house and the grocery store is just a couple doors down.

I love the UPS Store on Rancho California Road and Meadows View! I don't remember the name of the gentlemen that works there, He's very tall and very nice!! I have had to return items that have been damaged two time and have had to scan important documents at the last minute and he has always been helpful !

William helped me on the 18th this month, took me a little to leave the review, but he was great!! I brought in several boxes with several packing labels and didn't have it properly organized at all. William was patient kept good conversation while he assisted me with sorting out the packages with their appropriate language. Thank You again :)

This is the manager. I had a customer I tried to help with his package held up in customs in Italy. It was beyond our control. UPS can't control customs. We tried everything and finally his package arrived late. Our customer then demanded a refund and stated if he didn't get it, he would give us 100 one star reviews on google. Which apparently he's been working very hard on ever since. It's sad that anyone can make fake accounts and try to take a business down just because they didn't get their way. Take it with a grain of salt, come give us a try and decide whether or not you think we're worth 1 star or 5!

Great little postal Center I drop off packages here quite often. They even helped to me a few times with getting a weight on packages and printing a label from my email on packages they were not getting paid to ship. Good customer service and friendly staff.

The Team at the UPS Store on Rancho California Road in Temecula is simply wonderful. They are friendly, accommodating and professional. They solve all my mailbox and shipping needs swiftly and professionally. You have plenty of choices available to you. As a 2 1/2 year customer of this UPS Store, I highly recommend them. Bravo. Came by to do Amazon returns. They were quick and efficient so I was in and out. Will come by again.

The people that work here are hard workers. Sometimes there are 6 ppl waiting. They get thru ppl quick. They know what's going on. They are all on there top game. This is one of the best ups stores around.

I absolutely love the staff here ! I live in an apartment where my mail always gets miss delivered so i gave renting a p.o. box a chance and haven't had a single regret !! I have stuff mailed almost daily and the staff is always the best to me !! Thanks guys 5 star all the way !!! Julie

The staff at this location are exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with using this facility for shipping needs and mail delivery.

Reggie is super friendly every time I go into the store. I like the consistency of see the same smiling faces behind the counter.
