Bath & Body Works

I am so hooked on the little hand sanitizers I collect them like a kid collects rocks or marbles. They all smell so good and such an easy way to keep bacteria away! They are very inexpensive and on sale alot. The salespeople are awesome.

Thank you Bath and Body for your great response to the lockdown on 6/12/22 caused by a shooting incident. To all the employee's on staff at that time, you handled the situation promptly and without hesitation. Management should be very proud of you for your quick thinking and response. My husband and I thank you for the protection you gave us during this time and your actions should not go unnoticed. God Bless

Rose was super helpful the other day when I was there with my Service Dog. She was really helpful and showed me where everything was that I wanted and brought me things to try based off of the retired fragrance I was asking about. She got me a bag to carry my stuff in since I really only had 1 hand to hold things with. The cashier was really nice too.

I went to B&BW to smell their new holiday collection, Tina helped me figure it out, she's so nice! I really liked their gingerbread scented hand cream! I ended up buying a lot more than I expected but with B&BW coupons I got over $100 off!!! If you want B&BW you should absolutely sign up for mail and email stuff. Plus I have a reward for a free product up to $16.50 value next time I come in!

Honestly, this is the best Bath & Body Works I've ever visited!! Not only are all the products neatly displayed with matching testers to sample, but they actually have products other locations do not have yet!! If you want to be the first of your friends to have the newest perfumes, lotions, scented candles, and more then you have to check out this location at Tuttle Mall!! Or, be the most awesome gift giver every holiday by buying a gift card!! The staff are wonderful here, and truly so helpful- I couldn't have asked for better sales representatives to help me decide on my purchases. I highly recommend this store!!

I had the best customer experience yesterday. First, I watch Calvin handle the customer in front of me like a pro. He was professional, quick, answering her questions, pointing out promotions, all while wrapping up the sale to move on to the next customer who was me. I recieved the same service and since there wasn't anyone else in line and I had so many bags, he helped me to the door.

Calvin has a great professional personality that really stood out. Bath and Body, this guy could be a futer store manager so I hope there is someone to help develop his talent. He is a keeper!

the staff here are all extremely nice and helpful. answered questions, showed me where things were. I don't go to bath and body often so it was nice that I was able to look and not be bombarded with the sales team but they were there when I did have a question.

The wife and kids shop there to smell pretty as my little one saids staff put up with the kids but I think it because the amount of money the wife spends
