This store is consistent with the H F brand. They have the tools I need and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Always enjoy the variety of tools there are some tools that are out but not here yet

One of my favorite Harbor Freights to visit in all of Alabama. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store itself is rather clean and well kept. I love their selection of tools and tool brands. I personally am a fan of milwaukee brand but they have a good selection of others too. From Craftsman, Dewalt, Kobalt, BlackDecker, and more this store has a really nice selection. It has a laid back environment that feels comfortable to shop in for a long time.

I love harbor freight in Boaz. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have a great selection of tools and other like items. I've yet to be in the store and the item I'm looking for be out of stock. I recommend harbor freight to any and everyone!!

The prices are very reasonable and the tools and materials are very decent. The workers are lacking in the knowledge department because I believe harbor freight Just tires young girls that don't know anything about tools and I'm not even trying to be shovingest but it's the truth. Every employee there was a young female Hispanic that knew nothing about tools. I do not know how that happens. Other than the employees it's a great place. You just have to know what you're doing and what you're looking for because they're not going to be able to help you.

Always helpful and positive staff. I have been happy with all the tools I have bought. Some are 15 plus years old still working good

Not to suggest that its tools are equal to the best in tool quality, but the prices overall are better than I thought was possible for such items, with durability solid enough for most of one's jobs & for one's garage/house tool inventory. Good selection across a variety of areas. 20%-off coupons, free-gift coupons, & sale prices make the deals even better.

Great prices and the tools seem to be going up in quality. Staff is ok but the deals are whats best about this place. They have a little bit of everything, wood working, automotive, welding and gardening tools just to name a few. Go check it out if you've never been.

I love this store. There is nothing better than walking the aisles, looking at tools. I usually stop in for one specific item but I always end up finding something that I can't live without.

It has been my experience that all the folks, from the workers to the managers, at the Boaz, AL store have always been super friendly and very helpful to me. I don't fault the employees that some of the items HFT sells aren't the best quality or even "just okay" quality sometimes. I always check the ratings on their web-page as well as look for a YouTube video review if the cost is significant enough. Thanks guys!

I enjoy going to Harbor Freight. This location has never failed to greet me when walking in the door and thee is never an employee too busy to help if I need it. The tool selection is actually pretty decent and if I dont have the extra dollars for a high end tool, there is always a tool within my budget to complete a job. In all honesty I have power tools that I've paid less than $10 for using a coupon that are still working to this day. Say what you will about overseas manufacturing but with 7000 stores in the US that employs family, friends, and neighbors, and the no hassle return policy, I will gladly give Harbor Frieght my business whenever I am in need. One last thing...most apprentices and helpers cant afford good, decent tools. Harbor Frieght makes it possible for these people to be able to buy basic tools and equipment without spending their whole paycheck. That is a huge blessing for someone just starting a trade and serious about it.
