Great customer service my favorite place to go for all of my gaming needs

I've been going to gampstop since it first opened up in boaz. The management is great. I was sad to hear when one of the managers left. But her husband stayed an he's doing a great job. Thansk for the great service yall provide. An a big shout out to Leo a great guy and also a man in our service in the us military.

Staff is always eager to help and very kind even when busy. They made my family feel welcome and were very upbeat. Great environment and kept well cleaned.

The employee working was so so nice and everything was so clean and nice! We got our game on release day with the preorder bonus and are very happy! Will definitely be back. 💙

The guy that works there is super nice and always got me what I was looking for. Explained everything well and never failed to try and find me the best item. 10/10 recommend this game stop.

I just got a email that my pre-order game will be delayed because of the bad weather. But the email was amazing, You can tell the email wasn't copy and pasted. But it was hand typed because it made several references to the game. This tells you that gamestop really cares about it's customers.

Great staff! I needed a Feisty pet and (I think the girl's name was Lori) the manager went above and beyond for me. She went to another Gamestop picked it up and brought it back to her store for me so I didn't have to drive so far. THANK YOU!

Other than online purchases, GameStop is the best place to buy used and/or new games. I have never had an issue at any GameStop I have ever been to. This one is no exceptions. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Gamestop has anything you could possibly need video game and electronics wise. The staff is extremely helpful and the online customer support will make any problem or situation very pleasant. They truly care about the customer.

I drove from Albertville to this Boaz location. The little guy that helped us was SO nice! He saved me 10$ on an Xbox One remote trade in. We got home with our used remote and the headphone Jack didn't work! We called them and they told us to bring it back up there. We came right back and the same guy tried it out. We asked for another used one and he gave us a brand new one. Best customer service ever!!

Every time I've went they been nothing but helpful!
Even when you can tell the workers have had a bad day they still try to not take it out on you!
And the selection of games they have is just perfect for my taste!

The employees here are super lovely and attentive. It's not a very large store but still has great selections!

I was playing Space Invaders 3 when my dog knocked my drink all over my ps4. I was upset.....cried a little (not much!).....and made my way to game stop to try to put my life back together. I was a wreck when I walked in but they took me under their wing and scored me a AWESOME deal on a new one!! Thanks Game stop!!

Really good place, they saved me a new copy of ghost of tsushima to get and I picked it up today, nobody is rude there too. I really reccomend the place if you want one of the best gamestops.

Love how they let you trade items for cash or in store credit. Employees are very nice and laid back people
