After some initial issues with the manager that didn't want to help me, I was contacted by their main office and was put into contact with a sales lady (Ashley Weatherwax). She took care of everything. She had my beautiful bedroom and dinette set ready when my house was finished. Be sure to see her she knows more than the manager and will actually help you.

Nice store with a good selection of reclining sofas, sectional. Appliances. Very clean. The staff was helpful, showing us exactly what we were looking for. Their prices were comparable to other places we had seen and we Babcock had sent us a 10% coupon so we had extra savings.
Delivery was prompt and almost to the minute they quoted. The delivery men were professional and courteous. I would buy from them again.

Excellent service! Heather waited on me and my wife which took a long time to decide on exactly what we wanted. She was very patient, friendly, courtesy and couldn't have asked for better help choosing our furniture.

We originally went to the babcock in Oxford Al and had a not so great experience, so instead of going back there, we went to Gadsden. We had an amazing experience with Ashley. She was so helpful and her customer service skills are impeccable. She apologized for our previous experience and turned it around completely. Her knowledge of the products were very impressive and she got us everything we wanted. BIG THANKS TO ASHLEY AT THE GADSDEN STORE! when our furniture was delivered the experience was just as great. They took their time and care with our furniture and made sure it was exactly the way we wanted. GREAT JOB GUYS! I will recommend this store to everyone. It was worth the travel to get the A+ experience.

My experience over the years with Badcock has been great! The customer service is superb, Teresa was so helpful in assisting me on 10/29/2021. When I return for my next purchase I'll be asking for "her".

Nice display of merchandise. Friendly and helpful staff. Love checking out the bargains in the back of the store. Several of my friends and I are interested in some items but the $99 delivery fee is holding us back.

Badcock is the best place to purchase most anything you may need for your home,garden even shop. awesome prices,great staff and great starting out credit. 5 stars....A++++++++++.The staff are friendly,and helpul,all around no pressure on my purchases. great line increases as well.Compared to other furniture places to shop,hands down this store is the best place to shop.

We went just too look at a grill and the clearance sale was so fabulous we left with a grill, a sectional ,and a freezer.......and the owner and her daughter treated us with the upmost courtesy, the whole staff was great ..they answered all our questions and was patient with us which in turn made want to purchase more furniture and other items from them .....thanks yall was great
