Is a good Kroger, nice employees organized store

When we first moved nearby this Kroger was very messy and disheveled. The service was poor, but as of the past several months the service is amazing and the store seems completely cleaned up. There is an employee named David that seems to take a lot of pride in the store, is very knowledgeable, and makes connections with all of the customers. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or cashier but he has really made a difference in our shopping experience!

I love this Kroger. It’s small and has everything you would need. I’m not a fan of the huge grocery stores, they carry way more than is necessary and it’s just a time waster. This store is perfect and I hope it stays just as it is.

Staff did not allow some impatient loser to skip the line. Please open more lines to begin with, but that was awesome and the right thing to do.

This Kroger location has everything a grocery shopper needs; it is a one stop shop and a perfect place to work for as well! The variety of products they carry are great;
-Kosher, Japanese, ethnic, and American foods/products are just some of what they offer and it shows how diverse Kroger has become.
-Customer service is a key staple at this location they have respect for all there customers.
-Also, the Frozen department has the greatest employees, very nice and friendly, also there prices are always low.

I visited this store a couple of months ago and was thoroughly impressed with the attitude and professionalism of Guest Services Manager Emele W. On the day I visited, the store was obviously short staffed, but Emele still managed to maintain a wonderful attitude providing exceptional service to the many customers in the store that day. She is a true example of leadership and customer service. Job well done Emele. Thank you for providing a wonderful Guest Services experience for me. She's a keeper Kroger's!

Good customer service and wonderful atmosphere I live on 7mile area but choose to drive the distance and meet up with family at times and go grocery shopping here its fabulous. Though the two krogers by me lack my favorite food thats traditional and Asia food also the store by me has horrible customer service and nasty floors not kept up. So YES I will as long as I'm in Michigan make the extra trip out to this specific quality and cutomer oriented Kroger and no others.

Great store, great location and parking.. well staffed, not like the Kroger at 12 and Halsted that is understaffed with uncaring and slow people. This store is well stocked with fresh produce and meat

Kroger as other grocery markets fits the bill for most of what I shop for. Enjoy the good weekly deals, produce, bakery and of course Michigan milk. Many locations to choose from as well.

Great Store great location..has everything I need and want..love the prices..and selection friendly staff..especially Karen in grocery dept she's always helpful and nice..Lisa a manager at the store is also very nice and helpful.great customer service.

The store is big. Has good parking spots. Clearly visible from the street. Staff at the counters are quick. They carry wide variety.

The store was clean and well stocked. The children love the special firetruck cart when we shop. Thank you.

Layout isn't as good as other Krogers but they still have a nice selection and th4 location is amazing.

The one on Orchard and Long Lake is the nicest one around for miles. Great produce selection.

Location of some goods like flour tortillas is somewhat confusing. Location is well staffed, which is always a plus.
