Great customer service and friendly staff. Welcomed me as soon as I walked in and lots of joking around. Helped me save $$$ with my plan and upgraded some devices. Daniel, especially, was fantastic! Definitely go here for your verizon needs!!!

We went to the local Verizon store to get my husband a new IPhone. Daniel was very helpful. Recommended a phone to my husband by how he uses the phone. He did not try to sell him the top of the line phone
when he didn’t need it. He transferred all the info from the old phone to the new phone while chatting with us. He recommended a few accessories like a case, charger and screen saver and put it all on the phone for my husband. Daniel was very knowledgeable and friendly.
I would highly recommend this store for all your cell phone needs.

I went into the Verizon store in Hyde Park in the small plaza off of route 9 just by feeds Plus. I was having a problem with the phone that I have owned for probably about five six years. The gentleman that was working at the time and pretty much runs the store his name is Daniel. He was extremely kind, very very knowledgeable, and very personable. He helped me to decide what I wanted what I needed and set me up. He moved all my information from my old phone to my new phone within a matter of couple of hours. In this day and age it is so nice to walk into a place and speak with someone that knows what they're doing and knows how to relay it to the customer. Daniel is the best thank you

I was going to post a review before prompted, because I’m really sad that I (and many other locals) waste their time in Poughkeepsie and Kingston (or god forbid Hudson) when they should all just come to the Hyde Park Verizon and get the help Verizon claims that they provide. Customer service is everything these days. Not wanting to end humanity after getting help with a phone or a cell service is a product of 5+ star service every day. I went in for a service that would have been free, and chose to buy a case and screen protector at full retail instead of “shopping around” and honestly wish I could have had a Tip button like we all inappropriately get prompted at a gas stations/etc. I would have done 20%! I feel like I should buy that guy (Daniel) a gift basket for how unexpectedly pleasant the service was!

Such excellent customer service and professionalism. I was immediately greeted as I walked through the door, given eye contact, and Carlos patiently listened to all of my phone’s issues, Carlos and Mike worked together to resolve them and made sure that I left the store with everything I needed!

The worker Daniel was excellent. His costomer services was excellent. His experience with the technology was great.he was very friendly. And he was also very welcoming and was ready to take care of me as soon as I walked in. Best costomer service I've received anywhere. I spoke with Mike the manager he was also very polite.

I have now bought several phones at Go Wireless. In between I have gone in to ask for help on some problems. Daniel was always patient and fixed the problem with no charge. My wife and I just bought new phones which Daniel switched over for us today. Everything went smoothly. The store is in the back section of a renovated shopping plaza just down the street from the Hyde Park post office. Once you find it you will return.

I bought a new iPhone 12 today in the Verizon store in Hyde Park. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Vincent. He was very friendly, respectful, and accommodating. My experience in the Hyde Park store was superb! Mike and Dave were incredibly helpful and supportive. They provided clear and concise answers to all of my questions and showed me products that exemplified what I was looking for. I got exactly the phone that I wanted without any problem and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone living in or near Dutchess County New York.
