Very helpful staff. Always attentive if you were in the dressing room The only negative thing I can say is that I always shop petite cuz I'm short and they had a very few select items that I could choose from in the pants section but I don't blame it on the customer service. I blame it on the company in general so maybe I should give it a four star instead of a five

I ordered my uniforms from Delta. The pants sizes were wrong. I needed to return them and ordered new sizes. However, I love shopping, but hate to return items that doesn't fit or so. I decided to stop by at this location.That's when I met amazing Jerry. I noticed immediately we both had the same nail polish. "Pink". He helped me label my package, filled out the reorder forms and repackaged my return items and placed the return label on it. I felt like a first class customer. :) All I needed to do was drop the package off at the post office. Every single staff were very nice and friendly. Willing to help. Jerry and your Manager. I'm writing a review in regards to the customer service. Top notch! I had particularly confusing returns to make and the saleswomen were so patient and kind. Steph in particular was detailed, compassionate, and helpful. It's difficult to find good customer service, but this store definitely has it.

This is the best store to find your next coat. The prices are fantastic (wait for a good sale, never buy full price), the size range is awesome, they have many different styles and grades of warmness, and they are all so stylish. I also love their canvas bags. I've gotten a couple of them, and they are so spacious and sturdy and have beautiful designs. Their puffy vests are great, too- fun designs, stylish, and warm. Their sizing really works for me- Their XL and 1X are fairly similar, but if I need a little more room for hips and bust then the 1X delivers.

Neat, well organized store. Doesn't feel cramped. Plenty of staff members. Those we interacted with were very friendly and ready to help. I went in looking for a swimsuit and at this time of year (November) they only had miscellaneous clearance suits in store. I was told swimsuits come in sometime around Christmas or January.

I love Lands End. I had a return and I couldn't find the right receipt, but they'll send me a gift certificate. Their clothes last forever. I have two pair of black yoga pants I've had for 12 years and they look new.

Good selection of wardrobe basics. Great sales. Good customer service, have felt more “bugged by” than helped a few times but overall very friendly staff.
