Walgreens Pharmacy

I was visiting from Michigan and couldn't find my diabetic medicine at any CVS and the staff at 9420 Lake Meade made it happen, thank you for your service .

These girls and guys work hard and put up with a bunch of unhappy sick people. They do a great job and are very helpful

Grate staff they are all friendly don't like how rude the old people are in this store they complain about everything hold up the line for no reason it takes longer then it should if customers would just pay for there stuff and go home and stop complaining they are not owed anything if your going to complain please just stay home they don't want to hear you I personally like the store just have a problem with the people that come there to just complain all the time.

I stood in line for about an hour, waiting to pick up my prescriptions, I was able to watch the staff and seeing them juggle multiple task at once, while still trying to make each interaction personalized and positive, while each person who goes to the window talks down to the staff, causing others to become angry as well by turning around and complaining with them, really made it unbearable to be around, and with that being said the customer base at this location makes this location look bad, I always have a pleasant time with staff, and if there is any issues with my insurance, or prescription, or even alerts, it always taken seriously and dealt with as soon as possible. I wish people had more compassion for each other, it would go along way, patience is a virtue.

Always enjoy shopping there. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees!!

Fast service

There are only a few people who know what they are doing here and they are always understaffed. They have gotten may of my scripts wrong and or late. The phone is ridiculous - you could die waiting for someone to pick up. Recently they started putting all the scripts in these huge, useless, seeped PLASTIC bags- environmentally horrible!! They seemed to have stopped that practice. I only go through the drive through which is ok if it’s mid day mid week, but otherwise slow slow slow!! The people seem nice enough, but not terribly well trained in many incidences. Always call before you go because the app info is often ahead or behind the actual order. They need better procedures and training at the pharmacy window and they need more help! It shouldn’t take me an hour and a half to go 3 miles, pick up 2 scripts and drive 3 miles back!! Oh y’a and communication is a foreign word there - if you cal several times to check on a script, generally you get several different answers! Ask for the Pharmacist - they are usually nice and we’ll informed, but you ha e to wait!

The Store is well stocked and pleasant to shop but car lines at the window can cause long wait along with phone calls being on hold to speak to a Pharmacist.

It takes forever to pick up a prescription!

This Walgreens pharmacy sucks. Its slow and we were picking up a prescription, were told to have a seat and that it would be filled in a couple minutes. We waited an hour without our name being called. Finally got back in line and were able to pick it up. Definitely dont recommend this walgreens pharmacy.

Place is clean and organized. However staff is overwhelmed and overworked taking forever to get weighted on at the pharmacy. That was my first trip coming in the second trip I came in was when I got my covered shot here. The pharmacist is doing triple duty giving shots checking people out refilling prescriptions. My appointment was at 3:45 showed up at 3:20 waited over 2 hours just to get checked in before seeing the pharmacist.

Pharmacy staff leaving calls on hold for 5, 10, 15+ minutes. When the phone was answered, could hear staff complaining about calls in background before the phone being hung up. Super unprofessional and unhelpful.

Assistants at the counter, were unpleasant and uncaring.I wish Walgreens were more patient, understanding and gentle with the seniors in the Sumerlin neighborhood. We are people too.

This got to be one of the worst pharmacy’s I’ve ever been to. The service and communication is horrible. Called multiple times because of prescription needing a refill and follow up because my other prescription wasn’t coming through. Even though my doctor had it resent to make sure it went through. So to verify they got it this time, I called again and kept being put on hold and transferring over then eventually left on ringer for 20 plus minutes with no answer. This place is more troublesome than others. Go to a different pharmacy and company because this is too much of a hassle.
